I don't have anything particularly bad to say however we paid 278euros for 2 nights in this hotel and honestly it was not worth it. We had stayed in budget accommodation for the duration of our travel in Croatia and decided to splurge in Dubrovnik. It was a very clean hotel, very quiet and very nice however the room was very small. There were no laundry facilities etc. We booked a double room and got 2 twin beds pushed together with single sheet bedding on each bed... which I thought was horrendous for the price we were paying. Saying that, the hotel was conveniently located beside the bus top to the old city (5 min walk) and it was a short ride to town. The buses were very regular also, every 10-15 mins. I would probably not stay here again as I thought it was too much for the room we were getting.

Everything was great about this hotel, the staff are friendly and speak english, wi fi works even on the 4th floor. Rooms are clean and fresh. TV has English speaking program's.
Absolutely fantastic location. Check in check out was perfect even had our room ready by 10am. Reception staff cannot do enough for you, my husband needed medical attention and the hotel arranged doctor for us within the hour.
Just want to stay a big thank you to this hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable....

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a week, and werw very pleased. The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned every day.

The staff at this hotel is superb! They all speak good english, are very helpful and are very polite. They recommended things to do/see and helped us with reservations.

The hotel is located on a cosy little promenade with restaurants and small shops. The beach is 100 meters away and the busstop where the bus for the Old City stops is a 2 min walk away from the hotel, in other words great location.

Breakfast har the basics like cheese, jam, orange juice, eggs and coffe. You may also order omelets or scrambled eggs.

The only thing I could say about this hotel is that the walls are very thin, you can acctually almost hear the guests in other rooms brush their teeth and go to the toilet.

I booked this hotel after reading such good reviews on Trip Advisor and am happy to report that I too had a lovely stay at this hotel.
The hotel is very clean and my room was well-maintained throughout the week I stayed there. Although not huge, the room was comfortable and I made good use of the balcony.
I also enjoyed dining outside on the terrace. The food was lovely- all very fresh. Although i was booked in for bed and breakfast, I had a couple of evening meals there too and thought they were the best meals I ate in Dubrovnik.
The location at Lapad is perfect for a holiday. It's a few minutes from a nice beach with very clear water and stunning coastal walks nearby. Although there are lots of cafes and restaurants where you can eat outside and watch the world go by, it wasn't noisy or busy. I found it all very calm and relaxing, especially after days of sightseeing. There was easy access into Dubrovnik Old Town, with a frequent bus service which took under 10 minutes. There were also lots of excursions readily available.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Marija at reception was especially helpful when we arrived, offering a brief 'orientation' and advice about getting around the area. Thankyou to the hotel staff for a lovely experience, and also to previous reviewers who gave such helpful advice.

Myself and two friends stayed here for 3 nights while we visited Dubrovnik. It's a lovely peaceful location with lovely restaurants on the doorstep. It's very easy to catch the bus from here into the heart of Dubrovnik!
Clean tidy rooms and pleasant staff. A great stay here, I would recommend it and also return.

We stayed two nights in La Perla, just outside of old Dubrovnik. Breakfast was great; Rooms clean with a little balcony overlooking the side of the promenade. Staff were very helpful and we also had dinner there one evening, (with a discount because we were staying at the hotel.)
A great promenade outside the hotel leading to the beach and an excellent boardwalk with plenty of restaurants, ice cream places and cafes.

for a 3star hotel this is excellent. Check in was very quick and efficient with English speaking staff. Our room was on the fourth floor, the lift only goes to the third floor and carried our suitcases up the stairs but so worth it when we walked into the room and saw the view from our balcony looking out to the ocean. The balcony has a table and chairs to sit and relax. The room was a very good size with a large comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. As with most hotels in Euorpe the shower was not very big but hot water in abundance. The promenade outside is very nice with lots of restaurnats and cafes to choose from for lunch or dinner. Easy walk to the bus stop to the old town. Found it very relaxing to come back to Lapad Bay after a busy day in the old Town. Breakfast was cereal, breads tea and coffee and we were offered omelette which was very nice.

Room Tip: Fourth floor has amazing views from the balcony. You have to walk up stairs from third to fourth fl...
