“Idyllic house and garden.”

Beautifully renovated older style house, 2 great bathrooms, 3 very comfortable bedrooms all with air con and wi-fi, lots of character and all mod cons.
There's a fantastic garden to wander around and a great housekeeper who will answer all your questions and even put on a barbecue for a small price if you ask.
The town centre is a 5 minute walk, so this is a great base and all tour operators will pick up from Pinkys, a bar 2 minutes walk away.
We had a fabulous week here and loved coming back to Mezzo each evening.

“Perfect for Group or Family”

We stayed there with a group of 6 adults (2 couples plus 2 men) for 4 nights in August 2014. The apartment is well located just a short walk to the old town and easily accessible by car with a parking spot available.

The apartment itself had everything we needed: 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, and beautiful garden. The couple who manage the place were extremely nice and made everything easy for us. We loved Dubrovnik and would love to stay here again.

“Perfect for a long weekend visiting Dubrovnik Old Town”

A beautiful and well located apartment where you will feel truly welcome.

We stayed here for three nights to explore the old town and its environs.

There were four of is our party. Me, my wife, my teenage daughter and her school friend.

The first thing to say is how welcoming the couple who look after the house are. They were waiting on the pavement to greet us on arrival and couldn't do enough to help. We genuinely felt they wanted us to have a great time.

The apartment is decorated in a beautifully unfussy way, entirely in keeping with the age of the property. Just outside the kitchen is a terrace with a table and chairs and the apartment looks out over the garden to the front, complete with three tortoises!

Each room has air conditioning and the bathrooms are clean and well fitted out. The water pressure makes power showers seem feeble!

The location at the top of the hill offers great views across to the sea, and you are right next to the walls of the Old Town. It's about a ten minute walk to get to the main gate into the historic center.

Whilst being on a hill offers great vistas, it does mean that to go anywhere you need to climb steps. There are more than 100 between the apartment and the bottom of the hill where the gate to the Old Town lies. Great for fitness but not so good if you have mobility issues.

We didn't have a car but there was parking available at the house by arrangement.

In short it's the perfect place for a visit to Dubrovnik.

“Clean, comfortable and convenient apartment with a warm welcome”

We have just returned from a marvelous holiday in Dubrovnik. The Mezzo apartment was well equipped and we were welcomed by the very helpful housekeepers on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable with air conditioning.

It's location was ideally situated near the top of the steps leading to the old town and had views of the Minceta tower, the walls and the sea. There is plenty to see in the old town and many boat trips and excursions available but having the use of a parking space meant that we were able to easily hire a car for a couple of days to visit places further afield such as across the border to Montenegro.

“friendly and most charming”

We stayed here for a week with our two young children in August 2014. The live-in housekeepers were very friendly and welcoming - they looked after us really well. The apartment is well located close to the old town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. It is a five minute walk down some steps to the main Pile gate of the old town. Harder/longer on the way back of course and therefore not really suitable for anyone with impaired mobility. It is the middle floor of a recently refurbished wonderful old family home. It has been beautifully furnished and is very clean and comfortable. The garden is delightful - with lovely shady vines and great views over the old town walls and beyond to the sea. There is a private terrace directly off of the kitchen with a table for eating. The kitchen/living room would be quiet small for six adults but it was fine for us as one family and we were outside most of the time anyway. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable.

“Very pleasant appartment. Great location.”

We stayed in the appartement 3 adults and 2 children (aged 3 and 5) and enjoyed our stay tremendously. We were welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful housekeeper, who lives on site and was ready to help any time. The house is an old house that has been very nicely renovated. There are 3 nice bedrooms. The living room is not huge, but it is attached to a pleasant terrasse with views of the see and the old city, and access to the garden. It is a short walk (down many steps!) to the old city.
