Took a boat tour from Kotor out to the Adriatic and back. Such a picturesque bay with numerous small settlements along the edge and majestic mountains towering above it all around. So rich in natural beauty and cultural history you need to get out and explore the entire bay area to fully appreciate the wealth of the area

This is a place of outstanding beauty - a trip around the bay of kotor is a must. There is a walled city with a fortress overlooking with 1234 steps up to it if you are up to walking. Quaint little cobbled streets with lots of shops bars and restaurants. Kotor is where the cruise ships pull in. We were there first week in May and it wasn’t too hectic but I should imagine it’s very full in July August

This is a very unique place around the world beautiful scenery. We took a boat tour through the bay for 30€ 3 hours and it was worth it. Hard to do on your own.

Kotor Bay is one of the stops of famous Princess Cruises and other huge cruise on their Mediterranean routing.
The port combines busy and quiet in a day. The cruises can be seen very closely when they visited the bay.
The see water is very clearly and from bank,we can see all kinds fish, shells, grass and rocks under the water. There are also ancient Kotor City, bakeries, coffee shops and free market around bay. We like the bay very much!
