“Good, very flavorful Chinese food”
Reviewed 27 June 2013

This was a welcome change after 2 weeks of eating Croatian/Montenegrin food for most meals. The food was well flavored--on par with a good Chinese restaurant in a larger city. We tried the Szechuan chicken, noodles with vegetables, and sweet & sour soup. All were tasty and came with lots of vegetables. Prices very reasonable.

“A great change from fish or pizza”
Reviewed 26 June 2013

Kotor is overwhelmed by fish and pizza restaurants of varying quality, this Chinese restaurant is a welcome change. Great menu, all the normal Chinese favorites, plus some new ones especially the stellar dessert of banana and chocolate samosa with ginger sauce. Staff are incredibly friendly and could not fault our food. Went twice in 7days plus just for the dessert after a disastrous fish resto.

“Tasty food full of favour”
Reviewed 22 June 2013

Start at the end, the dessert of banana/choc/cinnamon 'samosas' with ginger sauce is a must! It sums this place up: Chinese food that you are used to but with something a little different. So, you get your chicken dish but with a mound of somewhat unusual veg, but all the favours are there. You can have your sweet and sour chicken, pork with cashews, etc, so it's familiar but not routine UK Chinese restaurant food. The staff are lovely, helpful, informative and ready with suggestions re portion sizes etc. No outside space but a nice air conditioned typically lantern-festooned inside. I can't remember prices but I know the yummy dessert was €2.80. A very nice change if you need a break from local food.

“Chinese in Kotor”
Reviewed 27 November 2012

Good Chinese. Had the chicken in teriyaki sauce as was suggested by another poster. It was good. I had the hot and sour soup. Excellent. Chicken with noodles. Also tasty. The service was great as well. I ordered too much because I wanted to try a few things and they even boxed it up for me to take back to the apartment I was renting. It was even good eating it the next day.

When you walk in the main gate go to the right and the first little street on the right is how to get there. Once you turn you can see the sign.

“Friendly & helpful”
Reviewed 18 October 2012

Situated in a side street just off the main square near the main gate. The front of house staff are local and the two chefs are from London & Hungary. The food was exceptional, follow the waiter's recommendations and you can't go wrong. Prices very reasonable and some unusual dishes I have never seen elsewhere. Younger locals eat here as we'll so we always take that as some sort of recommendation!
