If/When I go back to Pristina, I will stay here again. It is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. The rooms are large, and the bed was comfortable. if you are fitness minded, your workout will be push ups and sit ups in your room combined with the walk up and down the Dragadon steps, to and from the main part of the city. The wi-fi works just fine, although there is not enough bandwidth to face-time. The restaurant has great staff, and better than average food. Breakfast comes with the room, but I would try dinner there, you will like the food, and the view.

Stayed here for four nights, hotel located just outside Pristina but with average taxi costing €1.50 not a problem. Room excellent, spacious, wifi, large TV, minibar, huge bathroom and warm. The hotel is above the restaurant which is fantastic, great ambience, great service and really some of the most pleasant staff I have come across wherever I have stayed in the world. Nothing was too much of a problem for them, they remembered everything you drank and ate and made an extra effort at breakfast to provide whatever you wanted. Fantastic price and as good as any 4 or 5 star hotel I have stayed in, without constantly being bothered. Would definitely recommend and food was amazing.

Great hotel and even better staff. The hotel is close to most of the embassies and downtown if you're coming on business. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent; the restaurant also serves great food for lunch and dinner.

Every time I and my colleagues travel to Pristina from Tirana, first we check if there are nay free rooms in Pinocchio and only when they are fully booked we go somewhere else. It is so good, you don't want to leave. The rooms are spacious and designed with good taste; they are clean and comfortable. People are friendly and make you feel home. The cleaning staff are invisible and you will wonder who does the cleaning there, but if you ask they will do your ironing in no time and with a smile.
the restaurant downstirs is great. There is a variety to choose from but steak is their speciality. Plenty of wines to choose from; my favorite is Primitivo di Manduria at 30 EUR a bottle.
The hotel is a bit difficult to find initially but Pristina is small and you will remember the road fast. It takes 5-7 minutes by car to reach the city center. Taxis are cheap and easy to find. The hotel is situated in the Arberia hill overlooking Pristina. It is the neighbourhood where most embassies have their offices and residencies.
We have tried at least another 5 hotels and always go back to Pinocchio.

I have just returned from an eight week stay in the Hotel Pinocchio and can say without a doubt this hotel met or exceeded all of my expectations. My room was located on the 4th floor, the top floor of the hotel, was modern, spacious, clean, and was furnished with a very comfortable bed. The only detractor was the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator and hiking up five flights of stairs several times a day was problematic due six knee surgeries. The room is provided free WiFi and satellite television, which worked most of the time. Problems experienced with the WiFi was related to the service provider and not the hotel. Hotel Pinocchio should be considered a restaurant with comfortable rooms. The restaurant is considered, by some including myself, to be the best restaurant in Pristina. The restaurant has a diverse menu, with daily specials. The prepared food is excellent and of high quality. All the staff with whom I dealt were pleasant, helpful, attentive, very friendly and courteous. The staff could not have done any more to help. If I return to Pristina, I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: "Be aware there is not an elevator."

I recently spent 8 weeks at the Pinocchio and can honestly say that it was an very satisfying experience. It is a relatively new hotel (the restaurant has been around for quite a while) and the rooms are modern, clean and large. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the rates are very reasonable. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel, with a diverse menu and very high quality food and service. The Pinocchio is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and, while it is not far from the central down town area of Pristina, it is not within walking distance of anyplace. It is also without an elevator and the rooms are all at least three flights of stairs up from the entrance. This would not be a good choice for someone with a condition that would be aggravated by climbing three flights of stairs a couple of times a day. The rooms include free WiFi Internet and satellite TV, both of which worked most of the time. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Some of the rooms are single bedroom and some have more than one bedroom. Those with more than one...

I stayed in this hotel for a week while on business.

The room was massive, myself and a co-worker had originally booked two rooms but on getting into our rooms it turned out I had a 2 bed apartment and my friend had a one bedroom apartment. So we decided to share a room. The room was really clean and looked as though the hotel had just been refurbished. There isn't a lift so its up the stairs to work off your dinner in the lovely restaurant the staff insisted they carry my bags up even after I said I was OK carrying it.

My room on the 4th (Top) floor had 2 big double bedrooms with a massive wardrobe with a safe in. The bathroom had a big Jacuzzi bath with shower. We had a lounge with sofas, sat TV, fridge, table and chairs. The best part was the view over the city from the balcony which also had a table and chairs. The main sitting room had an aircon unit which worked well to keep the whole apartment cool. The hotel has WI-FI on each floor and in the restaurant which I tested was 18MB/S! Which is super fast and free.

The hotel is located near all the embassys but also only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the city centre a taxi back was only 2 euros. You can walk back but the steps back up are quite steep. I felt safe walking around the city and everyone I met was friendly.

The breakfast in the hotel was good. Orange juice, tea and coffee. They had a table and fridge table that had various cheese and hams and yogurts. They had various types of bread and rolls, a couple of different pastries and then a couple of hot plates with mini omelettes, fried eggs, sausages and french toast. Then a fresh plate of fruit would come out.

The restaurant in the hotel was really good we went there about 3 times during our stay with other co-workers who use the restaurant on a regular basis. There are a couple of different outside areas and 2 inside areas. The staff were always really friendly and very courteous. The staff could not have done any more to help. The menu had a broad range from steaks to pizza with a specials board that varied every day.

I'm normally a very light sleeper but I didn't get woken up by the call to prayer. The bed was really comfy.

The hotel was really cheap too 55 euros for a room each including breakfast or 85 euro a night for 2 persons in a room including breakfast.
