I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Nartel. I spent eight nights there on a trip for my wedding & several friends stayed there as well. The rooms were modern & comfortable. The restaurant had good food & the patio area was nice for hanging out. The staff was great & went above & beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. It isn't located in the city center but a cab ride there cost 2-3 euro. There is a supermarket close & you can walk to Bill Clinton Boulevard in about ten minutes. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at hotel & will likely stay there again when I return to Pristina.

Room Tip: All the rooms were very nice. We had a regular room for two & it had plenty of space for us. If you ask, they can add a third bed in one of the larger rooms, which is what some of my friends did. The larger rooms do have quite a bit more space.

A new and modern hotel.İnternet speed is good.Nice and clean rooms.Heating system was not working. They brought an electric heater but it did not help. This ruined everything unfortunately.İn winter you should consider this.Breakfast was also not very rich.Location is not for the tourists who want to see the center.

My colleagues and I changed from Hotel Pristina which was low standard to this hotel, which is much nicer. The beds are nice and big and very comfortable. I especially liked the thick duvet comforter. Nice shower, clean room, although a bit cold. Sometimes the room got very cold and the staff tried to fix it. Sometimes they succeeded.

I Pristina everybody smokes. And they smoke everywhere. The reason I liked this hotel is because it was new and the smoke hadn't set everywhere yet. You are allowed to smoke in the restaurant where people have breakfast. But it's probably impossible to find a hotel that doesn't allow it. They have smoke-free tables but what good does that do when you can smoke at the next table. You get more used to it after a while. I stayed there for 8 days.

The breakfast is ok. It's open between 7 and 11. But if you get there at 7, the hot tea water isn't hot, and they have only set out half of the things. And if you get there after 9, the ham has been out too long. They don't put it on ice or keep it cold in any way. The bread isn't freshly baked, like you'd expect at a nice hotel like this. But they have scrambled and fried eggs which taste fine. They have a variety of cold cuts, cheese, bread and cereal and juice (out of a box).

All in all I really liked this hotel.

Newly opened property (less than 6 months). Modern design; well done. Very attractive. Large, comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and well trained to assist in any way they can. The General Manager went WAY out of her way to help with a travel logistics problem! Service second to none. Closest hotel to the central bus station. Great value for the money. Only drawback is the absence of restaurants within easy walking distance. Would not prevent me from staying there again.

The hotel has just recently opened. The selection in the restaurant was limited but well prepared. They had very basic television channels to choose from. But the staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean. Would stay here again.
