Hotel is new, modern and very nice. Reception bar is very comfortable, the staff very helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant has a varied menu. The rooms are modern, with big screen TVs and free internet. I highly recommend anyone traveling to Kosovo, Pristina is a growing metropolis.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in 2012. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful! Food is good. Oops are very comfortable. I will stay here again over all the other Pristina hotels. The management and staff will go out of there way to take excellent care of you.

The new hotel is attractively decorated, but the property belonging to the house is very small. So there is no parking space in the open next to the hotel. Your car must be driven to an underground car park by an employee which is not very comfortable.

The center of Pristina can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, but the path there is not really attractive. Opposite the hotel there is a big restaurant, in which wedding celebrations seem to take place on a regular basis. Expect to have your share of the music in your room.

The staff was friendly and had a good command of English. The professionalism as far as billing is concerned could still be improved. Also there was no reaction to a complaint (safe was locked on arrival).

Breakfast and other meals were of good quality. There was a breakfast buffet with a large selection of food. You could sit in the nicely decorated restaurant or on an outdoor terrace.

Our room on the first floor was relatively small, the bathroom only about 3 square meters. From the window you could just see a near-by building. The furniture was nice and there was a large TV screen. The Wi-Fi worked well.

The hotel is well suited for a short stay, but we wouldn’t like the overall cramped condition if staying longer. The room rate was quite OK.

The hotel is on the outskirts of town, across the street from a very good restaurant. The rooms are modern, with big screen TVs and free internet. Everything works as it should, which is not always the case with hotels in Pristina. They serve a nice breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly - overall a very good place to stay and one to which I'd happily return.

Rooms are clean, neat and modern. Toilet/Shower decent size and very modern. Beds are comfortable and linen is crisp and new. Free high speed internet. The breakfast menu is good. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights. Not very central but taxi's are very easily accessible.

I stayed at Hotel Nartel in late September-early October. It is slightly out off the main "attractions" in Pristina, but cabs are cheap and nothing is too far from anything else in Pristina. The rooms are cozy (small and comfortable). The staff tried to be as helpful as possible. Internet access was free throughout the hotel and was decent, but at times it was slow (nothing out of the oridinary).

One small issue though: a colleague asked that his mini-fridge be fixed, because it wasn't cold at all. In the 5 days we were there, it was never fixed.

The food in the restaurant was decent and well-priced, and the bar stayed open as long as you wanted it to. There is a Maxi grocery store about 3 blocks away, and a bowling alley next door too.

Room Tip: The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke, but they do have nonsmoking rooms. My room was fine, b...
