Have stayed here on three different occasions for periods of up to three weeks at a time. The best part of the Victory is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Everyone of the staff seem to understand very well the meaning of "service with a smile". Simply could not ask for better service!
Other high points include: 1) Very reasonable room rates, which include a free breakfast buffet and free laundry service; 2) A free and reliable high-speed WiFi Internet connection in the room; 3) A very good restaurant with a better-than-average menu and a well-stocked bar.
On the negative side of the ledger: 1) The Victory is not really within walking distance of anything; 2) There is no on-site fitness facility. However complimentary access is offered to a fitness center in the downtown area - a cab ride away; 3) There are least three (maybe more) styles of rooms. The two larger varieties are fine for an extended stay, but the smaller variety is too small, sparse for comfort; and 4) The breakfast buffet is free and extensive, but it is not the best quality. If you are expecting a traditional Western breakfast, get ready to be disappointed.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the "larger" rooms or a "suite", which really is not a suite.

A very friendly, & modern hotel. Large, comfortable room with minibar and easy to use safe. It even included a bath as well as a good shower.

Varied and plentiful breakfast buffet.

The only thing that lets it down is that it's quite a walk from the city centre.

Stayed in September 2012. Strange hotel, strange city, strange country... Located at the busy and noisy intersection at the southern edge of the city. Miniature copy of the Statue of Liberty on the roof. By reference this is one of the best hotels in Pristina, which is very well possible. Rooms clean, but overall very kitshy design of furniture and bathroom fittings. Good wifi signal. Breakfast... well...good selection of fruits...otherwise... Overall Kosovo is a very special place for West European standards so why this hotel should be different. One can spend a night or two there when on business trip and actually the losses are minimal however this probably would not belong to the list of most pleasant experiences. Probably would come back again as experimenting in Kosovo is not my hobby.

Our family (2 adults, one child) spent 6 nights at the Hotel Victory while visiting friends and attending a wedding. It is a clean and pleasant hotel, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The morning breakfasts were great, with a wonderful choice of fresh fruit and melons. The staff were also great, spoke excellent English, and were very helpful. One surprise convenience was the presence of public free computers with internet on each floor - very convenient. A watchout is the lack of an elevator, so if stairs are an issue for you consider this and request a room on a lower floor.

I spent two nights in this hotel during wintertime. My experiences are rather good (considering the geography of the hotel as well) but are determined by the fact that the weather was pretty hard and that there were hardly any other guests in the hotel.
The hotel room was spacious and the bed is comfortable, but the lighting was not very practical. The heating was OK although my colleague complained that the windows do not close properly (I did not experience this).
There is a free wifi in the hotel (thums up) and also there are computers in the free spaces with internet (looking a bit funny).
The breakfast is rich however due to the few people staying in the hotel I was careful with the fresh meals.
The staff at the reception was helpful and paying with credit card was not a problem.

I have stayed in Hotel Victory repeatedly during the previous year; including for longer stays; always on business. The service is extremely nice and helpful and tries to make you feel at home. The highlight of Victory is its buffet breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits, different types of bread, cheese and vegetable – it’s great! Rooms are OK: very clean, slightly too hot in summer and too cold in winter (but the service will accommodate your request providing an additional heating), wireless works well. Overall a very nice place to stay and – given taxi prices in Pristina -it’s not a big deal that it’s slightly remote; the location is convenient to go to the airport.

Room Tip: As for a room facing the parking lot.

This is the hotel with the Statue of Liberty on the roof. I went there because the usual ones I went to were full. Never went back. It is mainly inconvenient from the center of town, the rooms and breakfast leave to be desired.
