“Like staying at friends”
Reviewed 28 March 2014

Upon arriving in Mostar there were big signs for the Pellegrino which made it easy to find in the center of Mostar.

The reception was like coming home to friends. A very warm and friendly greeting and help full to the greatest extent.
The rooms were refurbished and clean.
They have a locked yard close by were to park the motorcycle.
The Breakfast then? Just Perfect.

We actually decided to come back two days later.

In great spot for exploring Mostar, this small family hotel has everything you need. We loved Mostar and we loved Pellegrino even more :). Very friendy staff, cozy decor, and warm atmosphere! Located next to the old bridge! We will come back!

Much more than a hotel room, more a suite, or a studio apartment. Helpful staff. Great breakfast spread. The only negatives are minor ones: 1. no elevator, although the views from the top level make it worth the climb; 2. located near, not in, the old town itself --- a minor disappointment.

The entrance to this hotel is on a side street and not very attractive. Once inside, however, the dining room has a surprising, sumptuous almost Tardis-like quality. Rooms are modern and comfortable, possibly a little small to make 4****, staff ssmart and helpful. Good location, close to the Old Bridge and main town, a few hundred metres walk. Recommended.

Room Tip: Long way up the stairs to the top, OK if you're fit!!

We booked one night through hotels.com, which has fact sheet with:
Free onsite parking
Security parking
The hotel actually does not have its own parking lot even no street parking. We parked near by secured parking lot, and hotel owner came to pick up us and refuse to pay (5 euro overnight to 10 AM). The hotel should not mislead us to book this hotel for having parking but actually it doesn't have.

This hotel is situated in the center of Mostar. The room was spacious with two big beds, a small kitchenette with a fridge and a big balcony with view over the old town and one of the Mosques with the Minaret.A short walk to the famous bridge. The personell was kind and helpful.
