This place was recommended to me by the barman at the art cafe across the road, he mentioned in particular that the tomato dishes are very good. Apparently the owner is OCD when it comes to tomatoes personally selecting them at the market each morning. Well the recommendation turned out to be spot on, some of the sweetest and best tomatoes i have eaten. It is worth going here for the tomato salads alone. But then we tried seafood of calamari salad and what a joy! Calamari fresh, perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned
Has extensive outdoor seating to the rear whilst the indoor restaurant reminds me of many Italian restaurants i have seen in Italy. Outdoor seating area is a shady courtyard.
What i don't understand is why it wasn't packed as the food is delicious and very very reasonably priced. This place deserves to be heaving so if you get the chance go and have the tomato and seafood dishes.
