Ion Jalea (1887-1983) was a Romanian sculptor, member of the Romanian Academy. He lost a hand in a First World War battle and had to sculpt the rest of his life with one hand.
The museum is housed in a beautiful building near the Cathedral, Casino and Aquarium . It was established on the basis of the artist's donations and includes sculptures , drawings, reliefs, statues, and busts.
I only recommend this museum to art lovers
