My family stayed at the hotel for a week and were overall impressed and happy with our stay.
When we first arrived, our details were not on record so we did have to wait around an hour for the holiday rep to be phoned to confirm our stay and then a room to be made up. This was a little frustrating as we were tired and hungry from our travels and had paid to get access immediately to our room upon arrival. However, we were invited to have drinks and food while we waited, which made it better for us.
Firstly, the swimming pools are very good. We used the baby pool mostly, which was an ideal temperature and depth for our 18 month old. I do wonder though why the sun loungers around the children's pool are of lesser plastic quality compared to the wooden loungers around the other pools?
Secondly, the main buffet restaurant is good on the whole, Imen was certainly a great help to us and it was good how the staff guided you to a table rather than having to search. Compared to other hotels, the was no battle for a table as there we plenty available. The only annoyance we had was lack of high chairs. Thee only seemed to be about four and of these, only one had straps and sat up straight. Sometimes we would prepare a high hair then go to get our food and upon return, the high chair would have been taken. This is certainly a downfall and there needs to be better provision for babies and toddlers. The food was excellent. Being a vegetarian, there was plenty available. The desserts were also very good! Our son ate very well and never rejected what he was given to eat. The staff we always on hand to top up your drinks and clear things away.
The rooms are comfortable and the beds are a very good size. Once we had figured the air con out, we slept well and again, our son also slept incredibly well. The bathroom has a good shower. It would be nice to have softer towels if anything could be said. It is a shame that the mini bar is not included in the all inclusive stay.
The room cleaning was good however, the man who cleaned our room either worked very thoroughly or does have too many rooms to do because we would put on our 'cleaning' light at around 9am, return at 5pm and the room would still not have been cleaned so around half the time, our room wasn't cleaned and this was frustrating.
Overall, we would return to this hotel and recommend. The beach was lovely and clean also. Just sort the high chair situation out please because this was a niggle! The staff were very kind we felt and were incredibly caring to our young son and always made time to say hello and speak to him, which he loved.

Room Tip: Definitely sea and pool view rather than overlooking the busy road

This is the second time I've stayed here - both times on business. This hotel is suitable for young couples with children. Everyone else will be disappointed. Standards for service is minimal. Room air conditioning even on executive floor is turned off at 10am. Breakfast buffet is a joke.

Check-in already leaves you disappointed.

Rude staff, lack of organization, it takes ages to get a plate in the breakfast! So you imagine the time we have to wait to order a coffee or tea and better to don't speak about the time to get it on your table.. At 11am no beach towels available and if they tell you to come back after 15min you would rather go back after 2h or so!
It is a pity, it is a beautiful hotel, very close to the beach with plenty of facilities around and good restaurants in an amazing city...
The spa is a disaster, fake therapists, unprofessional massages and slippery pool zone: I almost broke my neck getting out of the see water pool which we had to pay to enjoy it!
And that was not enough to ruin my stay: I discovered that my car was hit from behind and when asking the reception for explanation or justification that that happened in their parking, they completely ignored the fact telling me that it is my responsibility not the parking care takers....
I will never return there and absolutely not recommend it!

Just came back from 12 days stay. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. We liked it a lot...Hotel is perfect, great location just on beach, fantastic pools, large choice of food and drinks. The staff is very good as well...with one exception - main restaurant...they are running around and it takes ages to get cups or knife or fork. It looks like that they should be better organised....food is great during the whole day. Hotel is very spotless and they are still working on it. Lobby is fantastic with great bars..staff there is perfect. Rooms great as well....street facing are quite noisy...
Beach is fantastic, clean and very comfortable sunbeds and absolutely great security guys. They never allowed locals to step into hotel's beach. Beach bars are also perfect...
This was our 4. visit in Tunisia...we always stayed in 5* or 4* hotels and this one was the best...

Room Tip: Sea or pool facing...street facing are quite noisy

Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon. We loved the hotel, it shows that it is 5*. The only downside was the staff, I have never been treated in such a disgusting way in my life, it seems that they find it unbelievable that a tunisian couple can afford something like this. Everywhere I turned a member of staff wanted to see our hotel card to prove we were staying there and didn't ask anyone else for it, this is discrimiation and I am extremely dissapointed. For this reason I will never return here. There are much better places around Tunis with staff who know how to treat customers.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are a must, that's if they don't ask for proof of you staying there that is.

Although this is a lovely hotel and resort be prepared for the poor quality of food if you go all inclusive. It is the same food for lunch as is for dinners!! Best to go half board. The overall restaurant service is very slow and very poor. Breakfast times you could be waiting forever for coffee and that's if you're lucky enough to get a clean table!! If you order drinks order 2 you'll be waiting for ever for a second one! I wouldn't go back in a hurry been to much better all inclusive package holidays. Not worth the money you pay.

Room Tip: Ground level or level 2 rooms are much cooler if you go during peak summer time.

We have just returned from seven days in a very beautiful hotel set on one of the best beaches we have experienced. Powder sand, warm sea water & excellent service from the beach staff. The hotel rooms were comfortable, clean & good showers. We spent a lot of time in the fabulous & very a active hotel lobby, very comfortable seating, excellent air conditioning, free wifi & excellent service from the bar staff.

We enjoyed the hotel overall. Disappointed with the food available on the half board basis. Breakfast was chaotic & not to a standard you would expect from a five star hotel.

We found the staff to be very friendly & indeed enjoyed meeting Tunisians in the restaurants & shops we visited.
