Bedrooms and foyer overrun with mosquitoes, this would be particularly hazardous in Dengue season. Customer service is limited. I do not hold staff to blame overall they are pleasant and obliging though they clearly need better training. Issues. really poor internet connectivity and no internet available in the room. Noisy air-conditioning, poor room cleaning. One staff member involved in food and drink service coughed continually and appeared to be ill for nearly a week. should have been given sick leave or at the very least moved to non public contact duties. Threadbare linen, poorly tuned television, and the gym with antiquated equipment and strong mouldy smell.
One staff member, the porter should be commended as he was exceptional in terms of his attention to customers.
