“Peace of Heart”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 March 2014

One of the few place on Earth which can give you a true peace, not your mind but your heart. I would request anyone who comes to Lahore from outside or from abroad to visit the Darbar and sit down in a corner for 15 to 20 minutes and just let it all sink it. Women and men must cover their heads in respect of this place and you should definitely visit whenever you are in the city. Miracles happens here so best wishes and good luck.

“Too much white marble”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 April 2012

Though Al Hujwiri lived in the 11th century, he is still revered and much visited - hence his tomb is now almost lost in a sea of white marble and cusped arches. Like the tombs of other "saints," once you reach it, the fragrance of those little deep crimson roses fills the air and you forget the crowds for a moment.
