Great swimming pool , it was warm and clean . Our rooms were more like individual villas . We felt we were in our own oasis . The bed was extremely comfortable and our room had air conditioning plus a ceiling fan . We had a bar fridge , Mosquito netting , hair dryer and a safe . The television reception and Internet was very good .
We took a tut tut into town at a cost of 30,000 kip and enjoyed exploring the area out of town .
Breakfast was okay , the restaurant food was good even though it was more expensive .
We paid $40 usd a night as it was off season . We stayed here for two nights but wished we had stayed longer .

Room Tip: We had rooms near the swimming pool which were extra good

I paid $45 aud for a bungalow which included breakfast.Standard omelette with toast and coffee. The bungalow was clean with a large bathroom and balcony.Has a good pool.I was there about 4 weeks ago and it was so hot.Great to come back to the resort about 4 pm and jump into the pool. The Paradise resort is out of the main town .Takes about 15 minutes to get to the Post Office or Night Market. They supply free transport into town 5 times a day.A Tuk Tuk home cost about $5. aud.Very difficult to find a resort in town with a pool for this price.Mostly backpacker accommodation in the town. They were re thatching the roof of the dinning room so I never ate there ,One thing most tours guides do is pick you up from your hotel and take you on what tour you have selected. On completion they drop you off at the Post Office in Town and do not bring you home.
Found this very annoying. Please ask them if you book a tour do they drop you off. After a big day it is a pain to have to find your way home

Will stay here again when we come back!
We are on a 35 day trip in South East Asia and I spent hours researching everything before we left- I did not think to double check that every hotel had AC though and when we arrived in LP at a different hotel we left immediately as we realized there was no AC (it has been over 100 degrees almost every day of our trip) we decided to splurge a bit and came to LP Paradise Resort immediately- Thank God that we did!!

It is much larger than I thought, we are on our 3rd night in room 16 and it is the largest and most beautiful hotel room that we have stayed in so far. Staff is great, pool is great, AC is great, hot water is great, and bed is HUGE! Laundry service was quick and cheap, and they have a FREE van service that takes you and pick you up from the main part of town every few hours. They are so wonderful here, that when the van was not working, the staff arranged our Tuk Tuk and paid the driver for us. This is the cleanest and most well maintained hotel that we have stayed at (we have been to Hanoi, Vientiane, and Vang Vieng so far).

I am glad that we did not stay directly in the main area since it is pretty loud there and there is no way you could find a place like this over there. It is only a 5 min van or tuk tuk ride. They also are taking us to the airport tomorrow. Wifi in every room as well.

Go to the falls, they were so amazing- best swim yet!

So glad that we stayed here!!!!

Room Tip: we loved room 16, it was humongous and has a river view through the trees. All rooms look amazing th...

Quaint little place about 10 min by tuk tuk out of town.

Older, cabin accommodation. Suited needs of shower, sleep, and minibar. Laundry service is very cheap.

The pool is large and clean but the sun lounges could do with a clean, and the mattress covers with replacing.

The biggest drawback to this accommodation is its location... A little too far out of town to just wander in but only 10000 kip by tuk tuk.

Breakfast was okay. Rooms clean and adequate.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

We have just spent 3 nights and this wonderful hotel and we found it to be clean and well maintained, with great staff who were very helpful. It is true that it is a little out of town which can add to your cost slightly but it is a wonderful place to retreat to each day after an active day of exploration. The pool is clean and invitiving. The breakfast each day was very well received with omelettes, toast, good coffee and a nice variety of cereals. We ate a dinner in the restaurant which was very tasty as well. Overall we thought the hotel was excellent.

This was our 3rd trip to L.P. and we chose the location as we wanted a relaxed atmosphere with a pool but with easy access to the town. True, the approach isn't great, but if you have been in SE Asia before you would know that this is fairly typical unless you are paying big bucks, and once inside the Resort the grounds are well kept and pretty. This was all encompassed here with a free bus service on offer which was great but not too expensive if you wanted to do the 10 minute trip on your own via tuk-tuk. The villa style rooms were spacious, bathroom huge and a good pressure on the shower which was over the bath. They even supplied mosquito coils although we didn't see or hear any all the time were in L.P. The staff were very friendly and helpful and although there was a fair selection on offer for breakfast it could have been improved.

Room Tip: All bungalows face inward to the gardens so not much difference. The balconies are all the same - l...
