We did the evening course and felt exactly the same as the other reviewers. There is zero engagement from the cooks: we even tried to attract their attentions on numerous occasions and still couldn't get them to check or critique what we were doing. That's the constructive criticism- the good thing is that the cook book is very well and clearly written. In summary, you may as well buy the cook book and skip the "course". From chatting to our fellow classmates after the course- I think this is a fair summary.
I wish I had read these tripadvisor comments before paying all that money- which goes a LONG way in Loas!
