I ordered the breakfast set (eggs/bread/juice/tea) and asked of I could have a small fruit salad instead of the juice. No. Then I asked for some butter for my bread. 5000 kip extra. My teacup came half-filled and they didn't understand quite why I would want a full cup. When I finished my first cup, I asked for some more hot water. Another surcharge.
With so many places to eat in town, I can't imagine I'll be back.
