It is not so much as the architecture as the atmosphere which is attractive. Sitting in the Wat itself gives one a contemplative frame of mind. Go around the small campus and admire the painted designs, the stories from the life of the Buddha, but that is more or less the same in all the Buddhist monasteries. But this temple, and a very few others, that have something extra to give to the world-weary.
