We stayed for 8 nights in July 2013 at the Burasari Heritage and had an excellent and very comfortable stay. The staff were excellent, friendly and supportive, and the manager answered any questions or problems we had very efficiently and with an excellent manner. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and designed with an eye for detail, we stayed in the groundfloor riverview balcony room, opening onto a small garden, giving some privacy from the not very busy riverside road on which the hotel is situated. Complimentary minibar went down very well! The location is excellent, in the old town, and within walking distance of all the historic sites and temples of interest, and being just far enough away to have a very peaceful air about the place. When we did have a couple of small problems - one following water coming through the ceiling during a particularly heavy rainy season downpour - the matter was dealt with very effectively and thoroughly, with a permanent solution to the problem being implemented the following day.
Breakfast was excellent, and served on the lovely wooden riverside terrace, weather permitting; or in the very comfortable dining room if wet.More
