It's a clean and comfortable hotel but it's busy. No wonder check-in starts at 3pm, we arrived around 11am and had to wait over 4hrs to be checked in.
Reception staff were not welcoming, so I wasn't expecting the pleasantness that I experienced with the rest of the staff. Cabs are so easy to get (it's located by the road side). If you consider their meals costly (buffet lunch cost SAR150/40USD), a big mall is within walking distance, so is Al Seddah Restaurant; you can hardly finish a pack of SAR17 cooked food, it serves what looked like pancake and honey too (mall to the left and restaurant to the right, both opposite the hotel and about 5mins walk away).
I didn't like the fact that my booking stated that I'd be provided with tea/coffee and a kettle and I wasn't. I was so in need of it as I had cold. Overall, I think it's okay.
