Jeddah seems to be really poor on hotel standards unless you want to pay a small fortune. The Red Sea Palace was OK with rooms that were comfortable and clean and with a moderate price tag.
Position as pretty good, convenient for most business areas of Jeddah and near the sea (just for the view only).
It is a 3.5-4 star, no more. It has everything that you would probably need for a few days stay and I would consider staying again but the room I had backed onto the flat roof with all the AC units that made a noise throughout the night so I would keep an eye on my next room.
