“The best hotel in Zahle”
Reviewed 30 November 2013

We arrived to Zahle in the evening and needed to spend the night and hit the road as early as possible in the next morning. We searched the Garmin device directory and this was the only hotel that came up.
We drove there and we had a pleasant surprise. This boutique hotel has great rooms, comfortable beds and the kind of caring and friendly staff you only find in boutique hotels.

The view was magnificent, open your window in the morning and you will be looking at the breathtaking view of the Bekaa valley.

I would work on the WiFi speed and add some cooked food for breakfast though.

We have decided to visit the restaurant at the hotel for a lunch with our friends. We were disappointed with the service and the food. The food was row and cold, the argile we order was from outside (delivery), the price was very high and the worst was the impolite rude waiter with her bad attitude and her bad words and specially when she added 1 extra plate not ordered. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

A group of 9 people. We decided to go for lunch in this beautifully located boutique hotel as it was called. Unfortunately the food served was awful, everything was uncooked well, chips were fried in a old oil, we had to wait for 35 minuted to be served the appetizers then one by one the main dishes (5 minutes between each plate). The waiter was so nice but lacked any training, does not know what he is doing. Most of the dishes were not available to be served because they didn't have any supply. Our order was 8 plates of chicken escalopes, instead they brought us 9 plates and the waiter/chef manager came in rudely and in an utterly unacceptable manner saying that you ordered 9 you are being served 9. we left hungry and ended up paying around 300 USD for food that was tastefull and uncooked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

With a great location and wide panoramic view on the Bekaa valley sits Beit el Kroum hotel.
the staff are very lovely and friendly
Rooms are not hotel rooms that you have payed this amount for, they are more like a room of an old rented house. Elecrtic wires a scattered on the walls, bathroom is below average, the breakfast is so cheap.
In my opinion a lot of improving has to be done to meet the room rates.
