Rooms are very little, without exterior seeing protection.
Bathroom and toilet are outside the room.
Staff is sympathetic.
Guesthouse convenient only for young people.
Good situation for visiting the town.

The Dibai House appears quite nice at first sight. However, reality is quite different. The beds are hard as stone, Wifi barely works anywhere and if you do get a connection, it's too slow to even go online on whatsapp. Apart from that, the neighbourhood quite run down and its hard to find, even for taxi drivers. Facing the fact that hardly any taxi driver speaks english it can be quite an adventure to find this place.

On top of all, the owner ripped us off at checkout. Even though we had already paid the first night according to the agreed rate, the owner decided to just raise it by 5% arguing that her daughter "had made a mistake giving us the wrong rate". Despite of showing her the email conversation with her daughter she insisted on overcharging us.

in conclusion: there are better places to stay for this price.

Worst quality-price we got in our trip around Iran.
The room and the breakfast were just ok.
There was Wifi only in one spot at the whole house, and didn't work most of times.
The patio does not look as good as in the pictures by far, and the house needs a fixing.
You could stay at the best Hotel in Isfahan for just 30% more, so you would expect a little bit more from this place.

A good thing about it is that it is close to the center, so you can walk everywhere, but definitely you pay too much for what you get.

ssg1201, Manager at Dibai House, responded to this reviewResponded 12 January 2016

I'm wondering when this guest that I don't recognise the name , has stayed in Dibai House.

Of course in winter, there's few flowers and bared trees with -5 at night in Isfahan. So, expecting the same garden as in Spring is impossible.

The wifi is free. As we don't want to have guests everywhere and all the time using skype and others talking and bothering other guests, we kindly request to use a wonderful mirror house for internet till 11 pm.

The price is something relative. This guest could tell us about the price before check-in and leave the hotel.

The house is beautiful but the service and the rooms are not worth the prices. Services and feeling is more of an hostel, which would be fine if the prices were not that high. Totally overpriced. The free wifi is very bad or, most of the times, inexistent. Well located near the bazaar.
