Except for its central location, this is indeed nothing to shout about "average" hotel in terms of its room size, ambience and service. Simplicity is its key including its breakfast! However, it is close 2 most sites in Esfahan.

i stayed for three nights in may 2014. i had a quiet, spaciouse and clean ac-room and bathroom (204). its all decorated in brown and has a bit of a male touch. there are a fridge, a safe and a flatscreen tv (with very few english channels) in the room. wifi works well in the room, downloads are sometimes a bit slow. complimentary breakfast is served as a good buffet in the basement restaurant. professional, english speaking staff at the reception, daily room cleaning and excellent laundry service. excellent location: easy ten minute walks to either the naqsh jahan imam square or si o seh bridge

Every time I've stayed here, I've had such perfect rest. It's quiet. The beds are absolutely comfortable. It's quite warm in Winter and cool in Summer. The reception staff are very helpful.

In one minute, you will be in Chahar Bagh Avenue, the most beautiful Street of Esfahan, full of trees, life and so on. Walk Southward and you will get to Sio-Se-pol bridge in 20 minutes. Walk 5 minutes Eastward and you get to Hasht Behesht Palace, 30 minutes to the main monuments of the city at Imam Square, etc.

The parking ramp is quite a challenge, very steep.

We stayed in a couple of rooms here and both were quite spacious with a decent bathroom, except the bathrooms did flood every time we had a shower. The WiFi didn't work in our first room but worked very well in our second room (near the lift). The hotel was in a good location - just a short walk to the Naqshe Jahan Square and the Si-o-Seh Bridge, and just across the road from the the Chahar Bagh Madrassa. Breakfast was quite good with the usual Iranian staples plus a couple of hot options to choose from. We were there during No Ruz and had to pay for a triple room for our first few nights before changing to a double room for our last night - both of which were quite expensive so it wasn't really good value for money for us.

Room Tip: Rooms near the lift have better access to WiFi

We had really good spacious rooms here and a decent view from the 4th floor. Very clean and the bathroom had a bath (with a plug! these are often missing) so I had a soak but they don't seal between the bath and the wall, so any showers or baths end with water all over the floor - but ours then went straight down a drain hole in the floor!
Internet is free and actually works really well in the actual rooms instead of just the lobby as
in some cases.
Prompt and very good laundry service - same day.
Maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the Naksh e-Jahan Square and Imam Mosque through a lovely park BUT you have to cross 3 roads which are very busy at night and crossing roads in Iran is terrifying - they don't stop! We got the hang of it though and managed to do this walk to and from the square 4 times.
Average breakfast with the usual fare but they can make you a good espresso - once the guy who makes the espressos comes in at 7.30 am!
We did not use the restaurant otherwise.

Room Tip: Apparently some rooms do no open to the outside and are a bit stuffy so ensure one on one of the cor...

The electronics did´nt work so well. The elevator stopped between two stairs and i could´nt get into my room when I needed it with the card key. Stressing when you hav´nt got so much time.
The breakfast was average. There were shops around the hotel, icecream and grillbars. Only a short ride to the bazar area. A manlike atmosphere at times.

We spent 4 days in Esfahan from 30.05.2012 to 03.06.2012. I had booked this hotel by “Hotelban” site in IRAN. We had a very nice stay there. The hotel has opened in 2010 and it is almost a small modern hotel. It was very neat and the staffs were kind and helpful. The location of hotel is really great and you have access to all Historical places of Esfahan within 10 minutes walking maximum. The hotel is against the “Hasht Behesht Palace” and you can easily walk to “Naghshe Jahan Square” or “Siosepole Bridge” within 10 minutes. Rooms are clean and equipped with almost all necessary facilities which are common between all hotels in the range 4 star hotels. Wireless internet is accessible but in our room in 3rd floor it was weak and I had to go to lobby or restaurant to use internet but the speed was good. The environment of hotel was very quiet and calm and really we had pleasant time there. Quality of sleep facilities and bathroom are very good and clean. An LCD TV with a few Satellite TV channels exists in the room. Generally speaking, the hotel condition is very good in comparison with the other three star hotels in Iran and I would like to call it a top three stars hotel.
