“Value for Money”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2011

There was a warm welcome when I arrived from the reception. The hotel fare was good for a single room one night, and the location of the hotel is very good (which is in the middle of the city). You can also enjoy the quality of the breakfast which you expect from such a hotel inside IRAN.

Room Tip: Try to have a room off the street side

Great location within easy walking distance of the river and the magnificent bridges. The other reviewer who mentioned the tilting bed...we had the same room and the bed still tilts! There's a money changer/souvenir shop on the ground floor, pay-by-the-hour internet is available.
There's a small mall almost next door with a shop that sells musical instruments and there are often musicians practicing on tars and drums. In this mall you can buy mantous (the coats Iranian ladies wear), and chadors if you're going to Qom. My daughter and I had a lovely experience with some local ladies when we bought her a chador, even though they spoke no English and we had "phrase book" Farsi. Laughter is a universal language!

We spent three nights in this hotel. The location is great, right on the central Chaharbarg Avenue near all the attractions.

The room faced the quiet courtyard. The bed was broken and tilted slightly to one side. The telephone didn't work and wasn't fixed even though we notified them. The service was ok. The hotel is more of a business traveller's hotel without charm.

Very comfortable rooms and a choice of two restaurants - the main one for breakfast and evening meals, and an Italian downstairs serving pizzas and pastas. Rooms are very nice. WiFi internet is available on an hourly basis which is not that convenient as it requires setting up a VPN connection making this the only complaint I have of the place.

The hotel is centrally located with all the amenities you'd expect of a 4* hotel. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful and the prices are moderate.´The rooms are large and clean with attached bathroom.

The hotel location is great, as it is close to most of Esfahan attraction with a lots of nice shops around (antiques, carpet pictures, food ect)

The lobby is quite big. A shop for antiques is located in the middle of the lobby wich dispalyed quite good pieces. However, the shop was almost always closed!
The pieces displayed are overpriced, but it provide you a way to go onto what to look for in the market for a much lower price.

The hotel rooms are clean, with a large bathroom. Part of the hotels' rooms seem to be recently refubrished.

Try their italian resturant which open only for dinner. The other resturant in the hotel serves awful food!

Do not expect that you will get anything from the staff of this hotel by giving the reception a phone call- I don't know whether this is because they don't understand English or because they are too lazy to attend their customer needs. So i advice you if you want anything, you have to go in person to the reception and request it, and then you'll have to wait for ages ...hehehe:)
