A nice hotel not far from all the places to be and see. Breakfast is abundant and good. The room shave airco, the lift works, the desk staff speak english well and are ready to help you with anything from restaurant recommendations to taxi bookings.

This hotel is located close to so many stores and historical places. (It's about a 15- minute-walk to Naghsh-e Jahan square.)
The hotel itself is small but has almost everything you might need during your stay. The rooms are modern and clean. There's excellent cooling system and simple but modern furniture in them. Our room was too small, but the reason was that we arrived early in the morning and they had to give us the first available room about 2 hours before the check-in time(which is highly appreciated!). We had a great city view from the 5th floor though.
Breakfast was OK and lunch was delicious. Our dinner wasn't part of our tour package, so we ate out in different fast food and traditional diners around the hotel.(There's plenty of them.)
The only con was the service at the restaurant. Although the waiters were doing their best to serve the customers and they were often running around!, there was a serious shortage of servers(only 3 people for about 50 people!!). Since there's usually a big tour(usually Arabs) staying at this hotel during summer, breakfast (and at times luch) turns out to be a chaos!
The servers had a difficult time serving, cleaning and refilling the empty breakfast dishes.
We mentioned that at the time of check-out and the receptionist blamed the management for not hiring enough people for financial reasons(which must be true.) However, the staff were all very polite and helpful.
We were also very happy with the value of our package(our tour included city tours as well).
We enjoyed our 4 days there and will definitely go back!

Room Tip: The rooms ending in number '2' are small and are suitable for solo travellers. (Example: 402...
