When I think about travel from Dubai .first is to catch a flight from Terminal 1 that I can visit to this lounge.Staffs are extremely friendly and food is fantastic .Service provided by Mehwish is outstanding and the cocktail made by Surendra...Vow.always a must visit place at terminal 1 if your using lounge ...Amenities provided by them was also good compare to any other

I was in Ahlan Business Class Lounge last week and the staff courtesy and hospitality is just wow and the food was very tasty. But the only bad thing I noticed there is no chair or any facility to sit for the front desk staff I ask to one of the staff about there working hours and she said they are working for 10 hrs continuously it is so sad to hear that they are standing for 10 hours and my wife was also feeling bad to them. Because most of them are girls and they have many problems. Hospitality is good but they should care their staff also. Good staff will only come from Good management. That's just my suggestion and request. Rest all are just simply awesome.
