I have been a regular visitor to this hotel whenever I visit Dubai. However, during my recent visit last week I was shocked to find a complete turnaround. The people at the reception are very rude. Earlier the bell boy used to carry your luggage to the room. Now one has to carry one's own luggage apart from locating the room. The rooms are not clean and the TV is not functioning. The water from the shower is just a few drops. The hotel has completely turned around in being one specializing for African visitors. I happened to walk into the hotel late at night and the reception area was like a scene from a football match which had just ended. There were various people rushing around the area shouting at each other. It took me some time to reach the reception to collect my room key. Although the hotel is located in a prominent area within walking distance to the train, taxi and other commercial areas, yet, it has ruined it's reputation by the service which is been provided.

This hotel is a slum, to say the least. I stayed there this week and what a big mistake that was. It is not safe to stay and is used as a base for prostitutes to solicit work from guests staying in the hotel. The savings are not worth it, stay somehere else.

This hotel is fair to stay but one negative point I noticed when I was there that the ac switches are combined and shared in between 5 rooms which of course I faced a problem to adjust the cooling in my room as per my room temprature
