What an amazing hotel!
I cannot think of one bad thing to say, which is a first!
The pool area is amazing and the service fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with amazing views and huge balconies.
We upgraded to a club room with fountain view, the club services are well worth the upgrade as the food and drink included is top class and the club lounge boasts a spectacular view over the fountain and looks up to the burj kalif.

What a lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and watch the fountain show.
The service was fantastic and the hotel impeccably clean.

You must visit this hotel, I myself have stayed at the Burj al arab and still prefer to stay at the address, which speaks volumes.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a club room

we stayed there for 5 days. I liked everything about it. the details in the room, espresso machine, interior design is beautiful. even the city view is lovely. location you can't ask for better one. few steps and you're in dubai mall. you can also walk to burj Khalifah but for us it was very hot. the tow most important things are the swimming pool which was epic and the professional staff working there, all of them. the only thing I'd like more is more dining areas.

We saw this hotel previously from across the lake; now that we've gotten inside, astonished by the design, the staff, the lounge and the view from a new angle, we are confident this is now the best place to watch the fountains from. Special thanks to the most attentive crew at the Lounge, exquisite drinks&food, all their help and support.

Our 5 day holidays in Dubai were lovely once more. After 8 months my husband and i returned to Dubai and choose to stay and experience another great chain hotels. This time was The Address, Downtown Dubai.
An excellent hotel with great spa and gym looking to the fountains and the Burj Khalifa building. Amazing restaurant such as the Hukama chinese.
Its been a lond time to eat chinese since we are not the best fans but the food was just amazing without any doubts. The place, the service etc.

The address downtown has the best location in Dubai. Is just 2 mins walk to the Dubai mall and many restaurants around, opposite Burj Khalifa and Armani Hotel and also just opposite the lake with the fountain views,. 15 from the airport and 15 from the Mall of Emirates.

Back to the hotel we had a premier deluxe room looking to the fountains. Spacious rooms, bathroom etc.
The pool was perfectly located. Looking at the fountain views, burj Khalifa and the lake the vanity huge pool we really enjoyed having coctails.

The weather was with our side. Very good weather even though was June.
Neos lounge located on the 63rd floor of the hotel with great views this sky lounge was an excellent choice of enjoying drinks with great live music and the best dressed people i have ever seen in Dubai.
Calabar lounge again a lovely city spot. It attracts lots of fashionable people enjoying great and unusual coctails from south American.

Breakfast was very good too. Dont miss the scrambled eggs i usually eat on my holidays with freshly made eggs.

And last and not least my hubby and i tried was the pool bar during the day and also during late afternoons looking again the fountains.

Overall is a must hotel to visit and preferably to stay if you can because it offers various options of dining, drinking and relaxing spots and areas.

We would definitely stay there again on our next visit in Dubai.
See you again.

Room Tip: Spacious rooms with many facilities to enjoy!

Stayed here on a solo trip just to do some shopping. As a lone female, I thought it best to book a club room as I could have a drink without having to go to a bar alone.

Decided to use the hotel's transport rather than Emirates and the car supplied was much nicer and fresher smelling than that offered to Emirates business class customers.

Upon arrival, I was taken immediately to the club lounge and offered breakfast whilst my passport, credit card etc were taken to enable check in to be completed whilst I ate.

Had room 713 which is on the 7th floor, the same as the club lounge, so very easy to walk along the corridor for breakfast etc. There was some work being carried out during my stay which limited access down the one side of the corridor as various rooms were blocked for refurbishment. It was easy to walk around the other side to gain access though. I hadn't booked a fountain view but as the room was on the other side to the fountains, the view of the main road was npt the best whilst sitting relaxing on the balcony with the car horns blaring.

NB. The hotel only goes up to floor 12 and the higher floors are apartments and residences only.

The food service in the lounge was spot on, as was the drinks service. At breakfast there was hot food and egg options on request. Lunchtime, there were items such as chicken makhani and rice. Afternoon tea, there were scones and in the evening between 6 and 8.30 when alcohol was offered, there was a further hot option such as beef strogonoff and rice, as well as cold options which were always on offer. Alcohol, including sparkling wine was served between 6pm-11pm. There were 3 computer terminals with full internet access as well as Wifi if you had your own laptop.

As the hot season had kicked in, it was best to stay inside the club lounge in the air conditioning so you could not really watch the fountains, but in cooler weather, it would be absolutely wonderful to sit out on the terrace having a drink enjoying the fountains. I did pop out once or twice to watch a show, but quickly retreated inside to the nice a/c atmosphere.

The staff in the club lounge were absolutely wonderful and remained attentive throughout. They were professional, yet friendly at the same time. The "two blondes" as they described themselves were great and were so helpful throughout my stay at the hotel.

I used the pool area in the afternoons, following a hard morning's shopping, and found the area was not overly busy. A bed and an umbrella could always be located and the pool staff were really attentive, offering cold towels and fruit. Please note though at about 4.30-5pm ish the place can get overrun with children as the nannies seem to bring them along to the pool and just leave them there, leaving the lifeguards to watch them. It's best to use the pool nearest to the pool bar to escape.

The hotel is really well situated and has easy walking access to the Dubai Mall and because of its central location, has easy access by taxi to the Gold & Diamond Park and also the Gold Souk in Deira - much better positioned than the beach hotels.

Overall, a very good stay - the car service offered with the club rooms and the lounge facility are very good.

We arrived on an early flight into Dubai, after a very long overnighter from Perth. We were met with very friendly, efficient staff and was then informed that we had been upgraded!
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, but the suite we were led to was magnificent. It was bigger than most appartments! And the views - words cannot describe it.
We had the most magnificent view of the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dubai and wanting a little luxury.

This hotel is in a great location next to the mall and overlooking the fountains and the Burj Khalifa. We found excellent helpful staff throughout the hotel. We were upgraded to a corner fountain view room which was very well equipped and decorated with a great bathroom and large balcony. Wthin easy walking distance there was a large choice of restaurants and what must be the largest shopping mall in the world. We will be back.

Room Tip: Make sure you book a fountain view room.
