From the moment we arrived it was perfect! The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly, providing us with all the necessary information.

Room- We were in a Premium Room on the 32nd floor. What a view! We had a full sea view and directly in front of the famous wheel. I can't imagine how fantastic the wheel will be when completely finished and lit up at night. The room was huge, beautifully decorated and cleaned extremely well by our housekeeper. The room has everything you need. The mini bar is well stocked. The main bathroom is beautiful and well designed. Comfortable sofas in the living area and nice dining area.

Food - We booked B&B so only ate in the buffet in the morning but we had a look at the lunch and dinner buffet and it also looked fabulous . The food was gorgeous. Wide variety, tasty and well presented. The decor of the restaurant itself is beautiful and modern. Very comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful.

Room Service - We ordered room service one evening. Seafood pasta, shrimps and chicken curry. To be honest the price for this service was lower then we expected. The prices were very reasonable. Again the food was tasty and the service was fast.

Pools & Beach - Loved the days at the pool. Sunbeds are comfortable with mattresses and head rests. Cabanas in the garden were lovely if you wanted to relax and are perfect as they are located in the middle if you want to go to both the sea and the pool.

In general the hotel is fantastic. Beautifully designed and extremely clean. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Dubai

Staff were so helpful, Eman from the guest relations was so professional and helpful in assisting me when it appeared that there was some problem with my reservation while checking in. The room was super and facilities were awesome.

I would like to say thank you for the entire F&B team who took care of family during Iftar. We really enjoy the large selections of buffet, fresh drinks and ey very beautiful ambiance! I am looking forward to visit you again and again.

I spend a super great holiday in rixos premium dubai hotel .. great location..the room soo new , modern soo cleaned..the service was amazing all the facility perfect .. i hope to come again very soon in this hotel

We checked in at Rixox premium Dubai on Eid Al Fitr vacation 2018. The hotel was fully packed. The staff misplaced our bags for 2 to 3 hours after check-in, which was very frustrating as our swimming apparel were in the bags. Consequently we couldn't get to the beach before 6 PM. Bad start of the day!

It wasn't until the manager in charge Salman Khan stepped in and swiftly resolved the situation by finding our bags and getting them to our room without further delays. In addition, he upgraded us to half board and gave us late checkout till 4 PM (at 100% hotel occupancy).
This more than resolved the situation we were in.
Nice hotel, nice management, good location and great nearby outlets
