Anyway you look at it, this hotel is average.
ROOM: quite clean, but the "kitchen" was a cupboard in the sleeping room, containing a few plates, cups and some cutlery, along with a microwave oven and a small fridge. Plenty of space in the dressing, but only 3-4 hangers.
The most dreadful part was the central air conditioning. There is the air condition in your room, with a remote control, and a central one, which you can't turn on/off. That one kept blowing day in and day out, fanning cold air in my face every time I tried to lay in bed.
BREAKFAST: not much for a European to choose from. A shady omelette, very weird looking boiled sausages, some jam, bread, rice and pancakes. No vegetables, no cheese and no butter (I had to ask for some butter). It costs 35 AED (a bit over 8 euro) but I wouldn't recommend it.
PARKING: free, just around the corner, a bit small but we could find a place every night.
RECEPTION: they speak English and that's the best I can say about it. When we arrived, some very, very bored guy did the check in. He kept our passports until the following morning (why? If he needed copies, that would have taken 1 minute...)
Overall impression: for a two-night-stay it was ok, but I would not choose the same hotel again.More
