The location is terrible, even the taxi driver don't know the place, it has noting, it's far and it likes a desert , when I went to lobby for exchanging the money, I was shocked because the rate that they calculating is less that every where because they are knowing nothing is near that place and your have to change your money there.

The rooms and hallway are smelly, They keep rubbish under the sofas.

Unfortunately, I had booked for 3 nights as non refundable booking.

Room are dusty and dirty, No towels and no slippers.

You have to request towels and slippers and wait long time to get response and get requested stuff.

They don't change pillows, i can't sleep well because of smell and bugs.

Housekeeper just make up the beds and change basket bags then leave your room so don't surprise if you back to your room and find nothing change.

A good hotel apartment offers the convenience and the feel of being as if you're in your own home. Grand Midwest gives just that plus the fact that it's affordable.
It has a spa, a gym, two pools (one is heated perhaps) and a bar (?).
The room we had was a quaint studio apartment and I really found the en-suite bathroom really great. It was clean and not too cramped unlike most hotel apartments in Dubai. The kitchenette is okay, not too much stuff you could do aside from preparing small dishes or breakfast.

Staff and service is superb.

Location is okay as well, it's a short 5-minute walk from Dubai Internet City Metro Station but you'd have to pass through a construction site on the way.

So basically you get what you paid for with a touch of comfort.

Grand Midwest Hotel Apartments is located in Tecom, 5 minutes walk from Dubai Metro station. The hotel is clean, and has a pool, Spa, a Gym, and a small restaurant / Cafe. However, the apartments are not well equipped. No glasses, no multi use knife, no coffee table at the living room. Other than this negative point, the hotel is very convenient and provides an underground car park and the staff were friendly
