menu was extensive and the food was decent, but not spectacular for the price charged. the decor was great and there's a vibrant atmosphere, but it can also get a bit loud being a big open space. the service was friendly though and it was a pleasant experience.

Best Moroccan restaurant in Dubai. They have a enclosed Sheesha area and do some really good sheesha as well. But food is really good, not cheap, but good quality and portion. Couscous is must try. Only -ve point, the DJ guy sometimes can be annoying, I have seen in multiple occasion that he keeps putting the music too high to impress some of his regular customers.

I am not a big fan of buffets, but I have to say that the iftar buffet at Almaz was delicious!
The Tajeen, particularly fish Tajeen, melts in your mouth and the flavors are amazing!
Nice variety of salads, main courses and interesting North African desserts.

And of course, the sweet Moroccan tea is to die for!

Highly recommended for a cozy and interesting experience!

I went there on my own just to get a bite to eat and have shisha. The place was so full and crowded, but the friendly staff managed to find me a seat, which later on i got offered to change for something else.
Shisha was good!
I ordered grilled salmon for my meal, it was delicious! Melted in my mouth, got served together with lovely bowl of veggies and bread basket .
Definitely would return to that place, and I will recommend this to everybody!
Thank you for a beautiful experience !

While the service at this restaurant in the Mall is very good, it is let down by an appalling food. The location and setting and ambience fail to overcome that basic reality.

For what you get, its also massively overpriced and so I'd advise you to steer clear if you are looking for Moroccan food and you have vastly better choices in the Mall elsewhere.
