Stayed for 1 night whilst transiting from Durban to Manchester, staff were great and hotel and room were spotless, we arrived at 06.30 on the day of our stay and the reception gave us a room there and then for a small fee which was greatly appreciated. We had breakfast on the morning of our flight which was of an excellent standard. Free Wi-Fi and shuttle bus, so all in all a very pleasant experience.

Just returned home from a wonderful break in Dubai.we were arriving in Dubai just after midnight..and didn't fancy a long journey with our daughter so decided to stay here for a night and transfer in the morning...so glad we did.

The transfer bus picked us up just outside terminal 3 and within minutes we were at our hotel and checked in.The room was very good with two single beds and a larger double.very clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom.tea coffee water all supplied.

We had a very good nights sleep and decided to have breakfast here in the morning,,I had the continental..lots of choice and hubby had cooked..both buffet and fantastic..and kids eat free...can't fault it at all...and at £20.00 for the 3 of us was a bargain.

The hotel has a pool etc ..which we did not see or use but I'm sure it's ideal.

We checked out which again was very efficient and the concierge had us a taxi within one minute ..perfect hotel if you want a few days cheap break..and cheap taxi ride to attractions. We will be returning to Dubai next year and will probably stay here for a few nights before we go to our resort as it's so handy...staff were all very welcoming and efficient too.

customer service is superb, shuttle buses make getting to town easy, they do everything to make you happy.clean rooms, free wifi (no strings attached), friendly staff. i especially like the small fridge in the room and hair drier. a cool safe to store your valuables (not that it would be stolen anyway, the inn is a pretty safe zone). i would return there next i come to dubai
