The hotel is new compare to other hotels in the area, which located in the business area of Dubai and close to all amenities. I have stayed there for the last two months and to be honest I do enjoy the view from my one bed room apartment. The hotel staff is wonderful and willing to serve you from the heart.

This is a world class hotel with all the amenities you would expect. It was a fantastic place to wind up a 3 week holiday in Europe. We stayed for 3 nights en-route to Australia and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the most comfortable rooms. The kitchenette is great for the quick bite to eat and a cuppa. The main shopping center near by is amazing. The highlight there was the fountain display which shoots water 100 feet into the air to the rhythm of music. Even more amazing at night with coloured lights. I would definitely pick this hotel next time I travel.

We stayed at a deluxe room recently, the room was spacious and well furnished with a nice kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable, and while the windows were slightly dirty (meaning no night time views due to condensation + dirt on the windows), the views from the upper floors were spectacular !
The lobby and elevator area is a bit small considering the size of the hotel.
I also felt that the internet (25 dhs per hour) and the buffet breakfast (89 dhs) were quite expensive.
Funnily, both my best and worst experiences at this hotel happened during check-in.
The first check-in staff (Mohammad) "greeted" me by asking "yes?" and asked me to sit down (without making eye contact!) while he went about doing something terribly important. I dont mind waiting to be checked in, but staff should have the decency to at least greet guests and not speak to them while glaring at a monitor.
Thankfully the other reseption staff was great, (Alina), she was very courteous, and very helpful (managed to get us an upper floor room!) and completed the checkin and check out process very smoothly.

I stayed at the Rose Rayhaan for over one month while on business in Dubai. The hotel itself is located in a big shining new tower on Sheikh Zayed Road approximately 100m from the Dubai Metro Financial Centre stop.

Given the lengthy duration of my stay, the Spanish manager, Gonzalo, was very kind to upgrade me to a large executive suite on the 59th floor. The room had a had a large living and dining space separate from the bedroom, as well as a full kitchen (including a useful washing/drying machine for everything but dress shirts and slacks, which can be cleaned and pressed within a day by hotel laundry service) and spacious, well-appointed bathroom.

There is a good restaurant on the second floor which has a full breakfast buffet available in the morning and serves a good selection of foods for lunch and dinner. If eating at the hotel doesn't suit you, there are many good options within walking distance including a good French bakery, a Pizza Hut, a Ruby Tuesday's- basically any familiar restaurants or cuisines you could want. Whatever else you might want can be found at Dubai Mall which is less than 5 minutes by taxi.

The gym facilities on the fourth floor are good compared to most hotels, but is not a full gym. However, it's good enough for a light workout and a run on the treadmill before doing a few laps in the swimming pool. The locker rooms are nice and have a steam room, dry sauna and whirlpool jacuzzi.

The staff is all very friendly and attentive, the service here is very good. My business colleagues also staying at the Rose Rotana all had a similar opinion of the hotel and we will most certainly be staying at the hotel again during our next stays in Dubai.

They claim to be the highest hotel in the world. I don't know whether this is true, but if it is, it must be by a few floors only... Anyway, check-in was quick and efficient. They kindly upgraded me to have a higher-floor room (40th). It was nice and included among others a small kitchen with a large fridge (useful for the white wine I bought duty free knowing the hotel policy in that matter), a microwave oven and coffee & tea facilities. And it had all the amenities you can expect in a good hotel. Nice view, good bed. Internet available but only wired in the room (about USD 30 for 24 hours!). A couple of drawbacks though. Impossible to open the windows (not really a surprise) and there are constructions flows in the bathroom (the side of the bathtub is channeling the water on the floor; a towel is required to avoid this when using the shower).
Breakfast was good (at least in the room - I didn't check the breakfast buffet).
The hotel is close to a Dubai metro station which helps crossing Sheikh Zayed road (that is actually a highway) and gives access to the metro (a slow fully automatized one).
All together a good address in Dubai at a good price (at least for now) provided you do not forget to buy your booze at the airport...

I had my room on 35th floor and after seeing the room i just had one thing in my heart " Man i choose the right Hotel. The Breakfast is amazing and the varieties they have and the quality and taste is amazing!!!!!!!!
Its very near to the best Mall i.e. Dubai Mall, Worlds tallest tower Burj Khalifa, and walking distance is a metro which can take you to your destination within Dubai.
In all i had a very nice and best experience in staying in this Hotel and will look forward to stay there in future.
