I stayed in this hotel before. at that time i booked with agoda and just stayed over night in between two flights. it was ok, esp the breakfast buffet. so i booked the place again while i was looking for place to sleep (both me and my little child of 3 years) during daytime between flights.
i booked via email and received booking confirmation 3 months in advance with the statement that daystay is from 8am - 6pm.
first of all the free shuttle from the airport does not arrive the time given on their schedule. it arrives 10 minutes before and does not wait until schedule time. it is also much further on the left than indicatd on the map.
then upon arrival the person at the reception dared to say to me tha "check in starts normally at 14.00, but he can see, if they have a room ready at 9m" this was at 06.30 in the morning - after a sleepness night-flight with a 3 year old child ! " i thought i don't believe what i am hearing since i had shown him my confirmation for the daystay from 8am on.
then they really made us wait until 08.05 to let us check into our room.

summoning everything up. this place is entire rip off. staff try to cheat on you whereever they can, trying to make your stay as miserable as possible .we payed 350 AED (70 euros) for 3 hours of sleep instead of 7 + breakfast and left the place as exhausted as we arrived.More
