Nice large rooms with a good toilet, cannot open the curtains as another apartment window is in front. so no view.
4021 room has a noise of water running in another room, woke me up in the night.
The staff is very helpful.
Lots of eating places closeby.

Room Tip: Do not take room 4021 if you are sensitive to noise

As other reviews have stated, if you just want a place to crash, this hotel is fine. The breakfast was adequate, although their idea of English oatmeal is something to be seen (not eaten). The staff was helpful.

We booked this hotel through "Booking.Com" website on the Friday before staying a few days later. It looked nice from the pictures and had a roof top pool. We ideally was looking for Half Board, not knowing the area or anything but in the end the only price was for bed and breakfast. We were initially booked in a double room and as two men and with it being Dubai, we emailed the hotel and asked for a twin room. They responded really quickly and changed our booking. We also mentioned on the email that we were on a late flight and would arrive at the hotel about 1am

We arrived at the hotel a little after 1am and the reception desk staff were really helpful and we checked in within a couple of minutes. Someone took our luggage up to the room. When we got to the room we were shown how the lights work, the heating, shower etc. We were going to be shown the TV but the remote wouldn't work so they got an engineer to the room within a couple of minutes and it was sorted. They asked if we smoked and they duly went and got an ashtray

As for location, we didn't know the Al Rigga area at all but the Metro stop is round the corner from the hotel. really cheap fares on their. The main street is filled with various shops, restaraunts, cafes, mini markets, supermarkets etc. Brands like KFC and Subway are plentiful and their is a nice shopping mall further down the road. We ate one night at McDavids, had steak and chips, lovely and cheap. The souvineer shops are great and really cheap. For the nest place head for Day To Day opposite the Union Street Station. Bargains galore on two floors, they sell everything!!! Great for gift ideas

Well this review is about the hotel really. The roof top pool is great if you don't mind the noise from the occasional plane taking off as the hotel is only about ten minutes from the airport. The pool is closed each Saturday

Breakfast was ok, interesting some times as one day their was spring rolls and noodles for breakfast but the staff were warm and welcoming. There is fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, yoghurt, freshly made omelettes and some cooked breakfast items. The room is clean, tidy and TV's to watch whilst eating

There are about four night clubs in the hotel but being on the fourth floor, didn't hear any noise from those

Room Tip: Higher up I would think to avoid the noise from night clubs and road

If you were in Dubai for sightseeing and were out most of the time and need the room for good rest and bath, then this hotel will suit you well. But if you plan to stay and enjoy you vacation at the hotel, you will not want to stay here.

The room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The staff were courteous and helpful. We arrived quite late and didn't have enough AED to pay for the bill upon checked in and wanted to pay in Euro. But the manager was nice enough to gave us temporary receipt to enable us to change to AED outside the following day to get better rates. Breakfast (inclusive) was sufficient to get us started.
Getting around was easy from the hotel. It was abt 15 mins drive from the airport, so you'd have more time to spent shopping than travelling to the airport. 10 minutes walk from the Al Rigg Metro stop, but taxis are easily available. There are many restaurants on the main road which is just 1 block from the hotel.

First, the bathroom, while emptying the bathtub it seemed that the bathroom turned into a lake with water all around. And to conclude the night in this room, I woke up during the night and some insects were rounding my pillow! Called the front office, housekeeping came and not even an apology! In the morning the reception asked me if I had a pleasant stay.... NO!
