It was really nice trip for us.the hotel was excellent. Lowest value of money .rooms was really nice and clean.the staff was really nice and friendly. Also near to the metro station. It was really amazing trip

Visited at friend @ around 1040pm

We have to be knocked twice and asking to leave or else our friend will be charged. ... *RIDICULOUS*

"I am the rule!" By Adala. You dont know how to handle complaint well. Go back to training.

We were surprised of this rule. That any visit after 9pm will be charged. We checked our friend and checked bpth booking.com and agoda. Its nowhere written. Instead we were answered by Adala that "she is the rule"

ITS A BIG EMBARRASSMENT having the securityy to be sent twice. When approach afterwards, adala was saying that our fault is not presenting our id.

Been to many hotels in dubai. Nowjere i got mistreated this way.

I want an apology letter by the management. As the rule such that is not written anywhere. And its ypur company responsibility to check all third parties/partner on the rule transparency.

I need apology letter. Until then expect my visit again and ill find time to review your service again and again.

While checking in the receptionist was extremely rude. She refused to give us back our passports after copying them. She wanted to use the passports as guarantee for the minibar. Even when I left an open imprint of my platinum amex she still kept a passport.
The rooms were extremely noisy and we had disco music till 3 am keeping is awake.
Avoid this hotel!

A disappointing stay at this hotel.we stayed on the 7th floor and for 2 nights we could not go to sleep due to a nightclub above our room.loud heavy bass sound until 3am. Accomadation ,Reception staff and manager unhelpful. Won't stay here again. To say its 4-5 star it's over rated.

Getting a hotel in the Emirates is easy, but getting one that cares for your every need is key. The staffs, the breakfast , the house keepers , the front desk and the manager makes your stay easy .strategically located and neat. Taxis at your finger tips and a walk away from restaurants ,shops and the metro station. My stay here is awesome .

They did n’t acompany us to check in the room just gave me the key and said 3rd floor. most of the staff look tired. hotel and room is clean and ok but all around the hotel is old buildings. I don’t like windows view.
