I stayed at his hotel for 2 nights in April. The room and bathroom very comfortable and spacious. Very nice big pool but loungers around the pool very limited. What I also enjoyed was the shuttle bus to 2 beaches and shopping malls during the day. A very nice shopping centre just across from the hotel. We had a very nice meal at the Gingers restaurant that is part of the hotel. If you arrive before 18h30 at restaurant prices are 50% less. Will stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel during a 4 night trip to Dubai. The room was fantastic, very spacious, lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Checked in late and the staff were a bit abrupt however the day staff were very friendly. Dockers bar attached to the hotel is great and the staff there were fantastic. Never saw the pool and the location was ok, taxis are so cheap that it meant the location wasn't a big deal.

As part of our Imagine Cruising Queen Mary package we had 2 nights at this hotel and what a treat. Well located with their own shuttle service to most attractions, the rooms were super luxurious and way beyond expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful and requests were quickly actioned. The breakfast buffet had a few glitches with cutlery and plates but all was handled quickly and efficiently. I would most certainly return to this hotel

Wow! I've never stayed at a Ramada hotel before but, after my stay here, I'm sold on the brand.

After my nightmare experience at the Holiday Inn Dubai, I checked in to this hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted a sincere "welcome" and a inviting smile. Check in was a breeze and, to our room we went.

The place is beautiful, extremely clean, and modern. The rooms are very specious, beds are firm and comfortable. The rain fall, glass enclosed shower is awesome. My point, you really get more than what you're paying for here.

Anytime we needed something, we had it in less than 10 minutes. I can't think of anything we asked for, that they said no to.

Our stay included breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is called CuiSlines - top notch food & service, it was nice being greeted every morning by name. We did have lunch there once during our stay. The food is buffet style, and meat is cooked to order which is great. The wait staff are very attentive and constantly checked with us to ensure all of our dining needs were met.

I do have one minor gripe. Having to pay 5 AED to get a towel for the beach is kinda silly.

I will definitely stay here again when I return in December.

Thank you for the kind words. I’m glad that you’ve enjoyed it.

With regards to the towels, you are indeed right that it is silly – a word I used myself when implementing it - but, unfortunately, whenever something is free (and it was) people tend to abuse it. Irrelevant of what system we’ve tried, it ended up in either too many towels being given out or upset customers. At the moment we are reasonably –but not totally- happy with this system. Time will tell if it needs to be changed again.

Just let me know when you are arriving in December, it would be a pleasure for us to look even better after you.

Hello from Russia!
Together with husband we stayed in Ramada Jumeirah hotel from 28 march till 11 April.The room was always clean, always quiet, without any noise, slept like babies. The breakfast was not so different, but the meal always fresh! Chef Henry gave a lot of positive emotions, so our days started with a good mood!The pool bar in the top is always busy, we needed to wake up early to take a place. Amazing pastry every day and sea food in the cuisines restaurant! We want to say big thanks to Yelena for the hospitality and attention, for the excellent service and taking care of the guest ! She was always ready to help, very valuable worker and happiness for all the Russian guests- we felt like we were at home, thanks for her!!
The ladies at the reception are rude, don't know how to smile we were informed about 1 hour internet voucher only on the 5th day after arrival!!

Attending a family wedding, we stayed for 6 nights in early April.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from central Dubai which may suit some, but with taxis readily available & very cheap - 30 aed (£5) or less for most journeys, this shouldn't be a problem. There were usually 2 metered taxis outside the hotel or the very helpful doormen would hail one for you. No metered taxi ride should be more than 60 aed anywhere to anywhere. Plenty of eateries within walking distance and a supermarket in the road behind the hotel.

Rooms were fine, very clean, large enough, complimentary water & coffee/tea. Nice bathroom and shower & large comfy bed. Ironing board and iron, hair dryer. We found the room service menu, food and drinks around the rooftop pool and foyer to be very reasonable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast was which was disproportionately expensive @ £15pp !!

Not built, perhaps, as a tourist or holiday hotel, the size of the pool and the sun lounger area, seating etc, was intended for occasional use so is wholly inadequate for the size of hotel. With many families holidaying here we never found a bed/lounger available after 9:30am. In fact not even a spare seat or chair at the bar with people sitting and using the adjacent chair to put their towels on etc. at times there was barely enough space to lay a towel on the floor!! A real plus though we're the pool staff who knew who was waiting for a vacant lounger. I saw them ask 2 people who just arrived and took 2 beds that people were before them and already waiting. Excellent! Why don't all hotels adopt this policy??

All staff were really friendly & helpful. I had no problem connecting anywhere in the hotel, each room is allowed just 1 hour free wifi access per day by asking the reception desk who would tear off a chit with login details. After that you get charged by the hour!!! Nowadays this really is unacceptable when burger bars, coffee shops, Malls etc offer complimentary access.

The public beach is a 25 minute walk which may be taxing in the heat but hotel provided a shuttle there plus the Dubai mall.

My family had 6 double rooms in total and all enjoyed our stay but the hotel should really stop charging for using wifi!!

Thank you for your extensive review about my Hotel. For somebody staying with us for 6 days in 6 rooms this does give us a very objective information in telling us what we are doing right and where we could improve.

I appreciate your comment with respect to the WIFI. A very often mentioned complaint by our guests. But, contrary to the wifi connection in Bars and Burger Restaurants who have one single router most of the time, we have an extensive –and expensive- network to give the whole Hotel access to wifi. We have in average more than 400 guests in the Hotel whom all have in one way or the other wifi requirements. If we now would give it for free it would heavily reduce the speed available. (Especially when some guest do download movies during the daytime when they are away, for them to view them in the evening, which is not very uncommon) We believe that we did come up with a reasonable alternative to give you one hour for free in order to catch up with the loved ones at home. There is also a possibility to have free internet (24 hours) on our 4 working stations in the business centre. This would still give those who do rely on fast internet –which are mostly business people- the possibility to still have reasonable access to their needs.

With respect to the pool, there are indeed sometimes challenges in satisfying everybody with sun loungers at times. We are looking at finding ways to improve the service in this respect and are purchasing some more loungers and are looking at other possibilities but there are some architectural limitations we are confronted with.

Again thank you for the detailed review. I will convey to the staff your positive remarks about their friendliness and cleanliness, and certainly hope you will be visiting us again.

Booked this hotel via British Airways given it's good value and great reviews on here.
On arrival, in the early hours, we were advised that a room for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) wasn't available. However they could offer a room with one big bed and an additional..... For 4 people! Apparently they only allocate rooms on arrival and not when you book through a travel agent. Therefore a 2 bed room wasn't available and that's all they could offer.
After a heated discussion and a call to BA we were given a deluxe room, still with beds for just 3 people though. My youngest said he was happy(ish) to sleep on the sofa so we conceded defeat. They said that a 2 bed room may be available the day after but we decided to unpack our stuff and stick to this room.
The room itself was nice and the bathroom very good. The daily servicing of the room was frustrating though as we never got the 4 towels we needed, even after requesting them. One day we didn't get any towels.
The food and drink service at the Pool was also very disappointing but the staff friendly. The speed of the service was sometimes painfully slow and the staff needed prompting on more than one occasion.
The pool was nice and the boys loved it. There was always a scrum for sun beds though and added a little stress to the daily routine.
Breakfast was great and the staff in there very good. A couple of times one of the coffee machines wasn't working, which created quite a queue.
One big annoyance of the hotel was the inability to get an alcoholic drink after 21:00, unless you wanted to sit down and eat. The Scottish pub attached to the hotel was open until 03:00, but with two kids, there was nowhere to sit and have a pint or a nightcap. All the other hotels I've stayed in, in Dubai for business, this isn't an issue.
The shuttle bus to the Jumeirah Beach Park was very convenient but make sure you get there early. However, if you miss it, a taxi costs about £3 so no big problem. Lots of taxis waiting for your return trip as well.
While I'm talking about taxis, getting one from the hotel was not a problem. The security / front door staff were always able to get a taxi within 5 minutes.
Summing it up. I wouldn't stay here again as a family but would consider for a cheap break with my wife. Given the problems we had at check-in, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a good friend.
The booking process needs to be changed and the communication between staff needs to be improved.

Please accept my sincere apologies if we have come short of meeting your expectations. Rest assured that each comment is reviewed with our front office, housekeeping and food and beverage team members and adjusted where ever possible. It is our endeavor to give a continuous training to our team members on proper communication and to refresh their knowledge.

You are absolutely right with respect to your warning when booking one room for a family. The challenge comes rather from the travel agent not reading our information in the system properly. With 32 square meters available, this is big enough for 2 adults and a baby or 2 which we allow to stay in the room free of charge. But, already for smaller children –and in your case- 2, the room is definitely too small. We do have adjacent rooms with a closed main door and we’ve tried to accommodate as much as possible by upgrading you free of charge, even though the travel agent should have been a little more meticulous when booking our Hotel. We are, in that respect, not a real family hotel and are not trying to be as such. I do apologize about the inconvenience caused.

On another note, kindly be informed that it is in compliance with the Dubai law that we have not allowed your kids to enter our pub. The minimum age allowed to enter any pubs or nightclub in UAE is 21years old. However, other food and beverage outlets has different timings which you might find suitable. Our room service is open 24hours, our all day dining restaurant is open until 22:30, and our a la carte restaurant is open till midnight.

We hope that you will give us the opportunity of welcoming you back to demonstrate our ability to deliver service and facilities to your expectations and to amend your latest views.
