Spent a splendid morning at Kidzania. Love the concept of having to 'work' to get the dosh to 'spend' on the rides. Get there early - it opens at 10am - to avoid the big queues later.

In my 2nd attempt to get my kids in, and after a 1 hour line, they made it inside. After 7 hours of playing they didn't want to leave. The place is safe and very fun. As the kids will live in their own world. My 11 year old who loves to act as a teenage and plays ps3 war games, just loved it and had a chance to be a kid and live these fun moments.
Very rich experience. A must do if u r in Dubai, and please remember to go early and give your kids lunch money.

I loved Kidzania and It REALLY teaches your kids things about growing up and jobs.
But I think you should go really early morning because it gets REALLY crowded and its not fun...

My 9 year old went here with a friend she met during our holiday in Dubai .She absolutely loved it .Kids could even get there degrees and if they managed to get a masters their rates of pay for their chosen careers would increase .She really didn't want to leave .Very safe place to leave older kids only while you take a stroll around the mall or have dinner .The kids can get there own meals inside so no need to worry about dinner for them later .Shows them so many career choices should be part of every national curriculum :)Even parents will love it it's great .

We went to Kidzania with another family with kids the same age as mine, 8 and 4. We paid our entrace fee and the kids were give a cheque to be cashed in Kidzania HSBC. We entered the workd of Kidzania and we were all awe inspired. It was a little village for kids to make believe real jobs, and live the experience. We firstly chased the cheque and was given Kidzania money. We then went to Emirates where the boys were dress up as pilots and flew a plane on a flight stimulator. The girls were dresses as Emirate cabin crew and they were shown how to help passengers on the plane. Everything was just so cute! They were then given more Kidzania money. The day was hetic, but the kids loved it, the boys were Fireman, which was my little ones favourite. They were dressed as firemen and then got onto a fireengine with sirens that whizzed through Kidzania world to get to a building in flames (obviously present!). They then got their hoses and put out the fire. At this time, kids as reporters, paramedics and police were all on the scene! The girls love being midwife, weighing the babies and putting on nappies. All in all they did the following, pilot, cabin crew, bottled Coca Cola, Cooked their happy meal at McDonalds, Policeman, Surgeons, Mechanics, TNT courier, made perfume, cashier in Waitrose, fireman, cooked cookies, made their own milkshake and much more. We went there six months ago and still every day they refer to such a magical time in their lifes. If you get the chance to go to Dubai with young kids, amke sure you go here!
