We spent 6 days in this hotel. Our selection was based on the TripAdvisor and booking.com reviews but all in all not satisfied with the experience.
Very good location, staff is quite nice and helpful, internet speed has very good and also available throughout the 2 room apartment. Parking place was also good. The pool was OK.
-Upon opening the door of our apartment we spotted a water leak on the ceiling, after reporting this they changed us to another room. The new one had a number of issues like: some of the blinds were jammed (could not be opened), a few broken things but we decided to stay there.
-Room cleanliness is not their strength
-The breakfast experience was far for being great: Small place - often crowded, the staff repeatedly got wrong our eggs order (4 out of 6 times).
-The apartment needs some renovation (aged stuff)
-The aircon grid is pointing towards the master bedroom bed so cold air was blowing on our heads. Not possible to change the air direction from the grid.
-Food from the restaurant was quite poorly served, specially room service. For example, the bowl of soup was wrapped with plastic, which makes it quite messy on removing it. No wonder why the restaurant was always quite empty.More
