The hotel is located at a very convenient location, exactly opposite to Burjuman Mall in Bur Dubai. Its a decent hotel recommended for 1-2 days of stay. Restaurant and Pub is good. Rooms are OK and moderately specious.

ThIs is a run down 2* hotel and not 4* as rated. Its old and smelly in many areas. The non smoking room stinks of smoke.Carpets are dirty and worn out The wall paper is torn and stained like the walls. The light switches were black with dirt .The tiles in the bathroom were dirty with black fungus on them.Although the bedding was spotless these other observations make it uncomfortable .The disco went on until 3 am with loud humping and thumping by party goes in the corridors. The breakfast was very Indian with flies in the baked beans and in the pineapples. The bread was so dry that it appeared like a piece of cardboard. All the breakfast dishes were left open and the food was cold Trays of cheese bread sliced fruit cupcakes and cold cuts were just basking on the table with flies having a good feast The coffee was horrible and tables were left with dirty cups and plates .We removed these dishes and asked the helper to wipe the table before we sat down. The basement parking was filthy congested and smelly .

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. This hotel is a budget hotel, badly in need of renovation. The rooms are old. The furniture is outdated. The lighting in the room is bad as well as in the passages. The bathrooms are old as well. The breakfast is basic but is more suited to South Indian tastes. The nightclubs are loud and carry on till the early hours of the morning. The higher the room, the better. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well positioned, opposite the Burjuman Shopping Centre. Lots of eating and shopping options in this area.

Me and my husband visited the hotel for the first time and found it extremely relaxing , convenient for going to metro station as it is at only 5 min walk and also we experienced excellent service from the staff. Will definitely be coming back to the same hotel for sure whenever coming to Dubai. Recommended.

We were very pleased to stay in Regent Palace. Nice staff, lovely rooms, great breakfast. Had to get used to the air conditioning as it was freeeeeezing when we got there, but all was sorted out by leaving a note not to turn it on while we're in the city. Staff also helped out with our electricity problems (I didn't seem to charge my phone via the plug in the hotel) and nobody batted an eye it was after midnight. Just 1 thing - It'd be great if the receptionists knew more about the city. I know they are not guides but to at least advising a direction for a first-timer in Dubai would be a massive help.
Good luck Regent Palace :)
