we arrived on saturday 17th december 2011after a long flight and from the moment we entered the hotel we felt relaxed and so at home. from the friendly staff at reception right through to are beautiful room which we were allowed to check into two hours early (a wonderful bonus) I am sure that there would be nothing i would write that hasnt already been put in print so all i would say it is a bucket list thing to do.

Room Tip: book your own trips at concierge they are sooo helpful,.

This hotel is the most amazing place I have stayed at , It was i=our 3rd time at Le Royal Meridian but first time over Christmas and we had such a fantastic time yet again. This hotel is so wonderful and its all down to the lovely staff nothing is too much trouble the service remains second to none and the hotel made every effort to make Christmas extra special, lovely gifts left in the room on Christmas eve, champagne reception were you get chance to see meet all the lovely hotel staff, I have never see so many Christmas trees in one hotel really beautiful.
We stayed Half board in Club room 458 defiantly worth paying the extra as drinks can be very expensive so the club lounge is great free drinks during the evening chatting away to lots of different people each evening.
Food is to die for so much choice if you stay half board you can now use Sea Breeze ,fusion as well as the brassiere, We also booked into Gary Rhodes for Christmas Eve and It was really really out of this world!!!
Everything about this hotel is wonderful Syed the young man that cleaned our room each day it was a joy to return to our room each evening he was so lovely always smiling, Ruwain( hope I have spelt it correct) he was the guy that looked after us each day around the pool each morning he would spot us walking down to the pool and he would have our drinks waiting for us again always smiling chatting away to us (staff really can’t do enough for you)
My only regret is that I had to come home it gets harder to leave each time!!! We will return already looking to go back in October / Christmas

We are also happy to note that you enjoyed our Christmas Eve Cocktails which was our pleasure and that your Christmas in room amenities were well received.

We were also pleased to read that our housekeeping and pool service team were particularly attentive and that you enjoyed the selection and choice of food on offer in our Brasserie restaurant as well as being able to visit our Seabreeze restaurant and Rhodes Twenty10 by Gary Rhodes.

We are also glad that you enjoyed the Club Facilities and found them to be great value for money.

I have travelled to many places, but this hotel tops it! The service, the people! Theres nothing bad i can say about the hotel, apart from its a little expensive, but you will find that everywhere you go in dubai. I will certainly be going back to this hotel in the future! Thanks for a brill stay

If I return to Dubai I would always stay here.
The size of the grounds and the swimming pools make it stand out,

This is an exceptional hotel. Not because the room was comfortable (it was); not because the food was excellent (it was); not because the sea view was attractive (it was); not because the pools were well designed & great to swim in (they were). All of these features were excellent - perhaps just as they should be for a five star hotel.
But what makes Le Royal Meridien special & outstanding was the that all the staff we met were so attentive and delivered an amazingly high level of customer service - room cleaning, room service, reception, concierge, duty manager, poolside service.
The Caracella spa and its treatments are also exceptional. And the attention to my wife's coeliac disease, requiring her to follow a gluten-free diet, was of the highest quality.
The only downsides we found were the loud music in the distance from a club within the hotel grounds that played until after 2:00am, and the Bar Below (a cocktail & music bar), which is smoke-ridden (it was so right that we banned smoking in public places in the UK!), brash and noisy - and yet without many customers!

We were delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you found all the facilities within the hotel were Five Star. We were particularly happy to hear that our team provided the highest levels of customer service and that each and every associate went out of their way to ensure that both you and your wife had an exceptional time with us. Your kind comments will be shared with all the team personally.

We were happy to read that your wife was well looked after and that our Chefs were able to assist with her specific dietary requirements and that you enjoyed our Caracalla Spa.

With regards to the loud music from an outside source, whilst this is outside our control, we are carefully monitoring the situation and in contact with them personally to reduce where possible. We are sorry to hear that this affected you during your stay.

I am sorry to hear that you did not particularly like our cocktail and music bar “Bar Below”. Whilst this bar is currently our smoking bar, please be advised that the other two bars in the hotel with live entertainment are strictly non smoking allowing a choice for all of our guests.

Once again, we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay over all and appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.
