My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel on our way to the Greek Islands.
We had a few problems but all ended well. Our problems began with the room we were given having a flooded bathroom from a leak. We were very quickly move to another room which unfortunately dud not have a balcony like we wanted. Again we were moved but this time our view was of a construction site, not acceptable when you have paid for a view room. We moved again, this time perfection, balcony and view.
For our inconvenience we had been upgraded to a suite and given complementary breakfast. Ed we were very tired as it was 3am but there is no way you would ever think about complaining as the staff were so wonderful and our upgrade was perfection.
We will definitely return on our next visit. We would like to say what excellent service the staff provided under these unfortunate circumstances. Thank you to all involved and we will see you next time

Impressive views, great service and spacious rooms at a bargain. This hotels is on the top 20 list in Dubai and is worth every one of its stars. The restaurants are good and the star is very friendly. The location in Dubai Marina makes it ideal.

From arrival to departure this hotel and it's staff were excellent. We had requested a high floor and the request was met. The balcony looked out on the pools and beach, beautiful views. Fresh fruit and water provided every day, staff at check in had seen that it was my partners birthday from the passport and a birthday cake was delivered to the room. The pools are excellent and the staff very attentive. We would recommend the Gary Rhodes restaurant, the food and service was first class. For those on the half board option, you can use Sloane's at the Grosvenor Hotel, which we preferred or receive credit in the other restaurants in both hotels. It is an absolute credit to this hotel that all members of staff greet you with a smile and go that extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay. We look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful hotel! The high level of service is consistent across all areas of the hotel but particularly with reception and the concierge desk. Rooms were very spacious, pool was incredible, the bars were good. Nothing negative comes to mind.

I stayed at this hotel with my 3 daughters,I have been to dubia before but this was their first visit.The reviews here were really good which was one of the reasons I booked it.We were not disappointed,I had booked two deluxe SV rooms and we were given a two bedroomed suite which had a lovely lounge area two very spacious bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking the 3 pools and lovely beach.on arrival we were given ice cold towels and a cold drink whilst we were checked in.There was 2 bottles of bubbly a large bowl of fruit and some chocolates in our room and fruit was left every day.we had an absolutely brilliant time,the food was excellent the pool areas were superb everything about this hotel was faultless.We ate at the Gary Rhodes restaurant and the food was first class.Special thanks to mark the manager for the up grade of the room it was lovely all being together and having a nice chilling out area,I would also like to say your staff are a credit to you they are all so friendly and very professional and go that extra mile to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay.I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and will certainly stay there again on my next visit to dubia.
