Can't say enough good about this hotel - stayed here for 15 nights in June (13-28/6) in a twin club room on the 6th floor.

The service was top notch from the minute we arrived till the minute we left - I guess though if you are a snob you will never be happy but the hotel lived up to the expectations we had and managed to also exceed them. The service in the lounge, by the beach, the pool bar and la baie, the blue elephant, the reception, the bell boys - they were all so nice and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they managed to forsee our needs before we did, the also remembered your name around the hotel. Everything was amazing really and we are pretty picky and spoiled after living in Asia for six years where you find chains like mandarin oriental and some of the most service minded people in the world. Large bathroom and lovely balcony as well as an "iPad" to control lighting/curtains/AC/Services/Alarm which was a great solution compared to other properties.

Have stayed at othe properties in Dubai and this is way better than the other properties - will never stay anywhere else in Dubai! Strongly recommend it!

Special thanks to Godfrey and Shazah in the club lounge for outstanding service, but the whole club concierge staff was also extraordinary!

I've stayed here a few times over the last year, both in the suite with my family and when traveling on business. As a Marriott Platinum holder i can use my points here which also helps as the costs and peak season can be high (i recollect nearly 3 x that of low season).

However, the hotel is fantastic and benefits from a recent renovation, cool contemporary spaces and a nice relaxed atmosphere make it a cut above the standard 5* hotels. The rooms are excellently proportioned, the bathrooms are beautiful, the beds are luxurious and gadgets were pretty nifty (although the lights in the suite were not programmed which made bedtime with my young kids a 20 min exercise in futility - finding the right 10 button combo to get the night lights on - not what you need and apparently not fixable).
Service was very good on the whole , staff were clearly well trained, professional but balanced with personable and friendly. The grounds are big enough that families can enjoy quality time without feeling that they may be disturbing those without kids as there are adult only quiet areas. The grounds and private beach are a bonus in the bustling beach walk and the evening food and shisha was pleasant although not necessarily great value for money (although i think you have to accept the prices will be at the high point because it's the Ritz and not necessarily because they are aligned with the quality).
Will i go back? Yes - every time i go to Dubai this will be my residence.

My husband and I recently returned home from a 9 night stay at the RC Dubai.
We had a really fabulous time and really enjoyed the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and find the quality of the hotel and staff very good. The room was very clean and well maintained, the staff around the pool areas were very helpful and friendly as were the staff in the Club Lounge.
All in all we had a fantastic break and I want to congratulate all concerned.
We would however like to provide some feedback about the Club Lounge. The staff, particularly Godfrey and Albert were outstanding, however, the behaviour of some of the guests was disappointing. When we checked in, we were provided with a document detailing the rules of the Club Lounge, all very reasonable. The Club Lounge prides itself on its service and ambiance, however, some guests were allowed to spoil the ambiance of the lounge by speaking loudly on their mobile phones, allowing phones to ring loudly, and worst of all use the wifi to facetime/skype friends and family back home speaking very loudly into their laptops/tablets. We, like other guests in the lounge are not interested in what is happening with the lives of other guests and their families back home.
We could see other guests in the lounge feeling very uncomfortable when such loud calls/facetime/skype calls were being conducted, and this completely ruined the atmosphere in the lounge while they were taking place.
If the lounge has rules in place, and wishes to create the special ambiance and atmosphere we believe the hotel wishes to achieve for its guests we feel the rules should be politely enforced. maybe by suggesting these things should take place outside.
Upon return we emailed both the staff relations email of the hotel, and the general email address of the hotel providing our feedback, but received no response.
We would like to emphasize that overall our stay was great but it is the small details which make the difference between a hotel being given 9 out of 10 instead of 10 out of 10.

I stayed one night there for business purpose. My room was Deluxe King and it was so spacious and furnished with very luxury standard. Marble Bathroom was oversized with LCD fronting the tube bath. What I liked most was the small touch device similar to an iPad to control Curtains, lighting, AC, Wake-up service, etc. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Unluckily, I didn't have the chance to enjoy the room since I was busy with the business stuff. That’s why; I've decided to stay there in my next visit to Dubai ;-)

We arrived at the Ritz Carlton very early onThursday morning after a 17 hour flight from Sydney, not expecting to have a room available to us until mid afternoon. Whilst enjoying a complimentary coffee and use of the spa facilities to freshen up Mercedes (at check in) performed a minor miracle and got us a room within the hour. The rooms are suitably impressive, with lovely roll top baths, excellent facilities and well catered for.

I celebrated my Birthday during the stay, and Anna, the concierge staff and check in teams, as well as the staff at breakfast made the day extra special, with lots of lovely surprises throughout the day!

In the evening we booked dinner at 'Splendido' italian restaurant, my wife being italian is appreciative of good italian food and this was certainly true of our meals. The service provided by Gabrielle was faultless.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, marred slightly by losing out at lunch time to a large visiting local family who seemed to claim all of the parasols by the pool and the pool attendant seemed reluctant to do anything about it....... But don't let that put you off, it happened once in the three days we were at the hotel, but I guess it is a fairly common concern with non-resident guests taking over the poolside at the weekends, something we have experienced in other hotels in Dubai as well.

We will definitely be back for another visit, the service is impeccable, our stay was extremely relaxing, with excellent food thoughout the hotel.

We stayed at Ritz-Carlton Dubai for a one-week holiday time. Our experience has been great. The room are large and confortable with two king-sized double beds and and a big bathroom. Breakfast is simply deliciuous. Employees are always kind and helpfull ready to fulfill all your needs. The beach is close to the hotel and the swimming-pool is modern and confortable. I can say that this hotel delivers what he promises, a real 5 star service. I suggest Ritz-Carlton Dubai if you want to spend your time in Dubai down in Jumeirah area.
