I stayed with my family in hotel for five nights (9th AprilL 2014 TO 14th June) and my stay was comfortablecourtsey Mr.AHMED,Front desk manager.
He has solution for all your requirements and problems if any.
I will like to mention that we reached hotel around six in the morning,Junior staff at front desk was non co-operative and reluctant to give room despite early check in request made at the time of booking.,My family felt uncomfortable and mood was spoiled because of the waiting at lobby.
. MR. AHMED accepted my request and arranged room on urgent basis when he joined duty. Really hats off to MR. AHMED who understood our problem . This is management . .I request hotel management to teach such customer friendly attitude to junior staff at the front desk who usually refuse early check-in despite rooms available in hotel.

I booked the hotel for the best value deal ...the location of the hotel is excellent (near to local market /Indian food joints just at walking distance/fast food joints also at walk able distance)...but had a bad experience with the service ....Had booked a business room the cleanliness in the room was very poor as they have carpets but not clean at all ,they had mentioned a fruit basket in the room type and had placed it on day one and after that it was lying just as it is no re fill and they didn't even bother to clean the tray ....after getting it to their notice that i had my 3 year old daughter staying with us didn't want the tray to be kept still they didn't do anything about it ....the room service called and apologized but than after 5 min the house keeping manager came and asked what was the issue and said it was not his problem and that i should talk to room service people ...cant even think that Ramada could be like this ????the glasses and tea cups never kept in the room for all the 5 days we stayed had to call them up everyday and than they would come and leave it on the service tray not even on the coffee table were they should be kept.The concierge guys were very helpful should say .With kids in many hotel we get lots of extra support and service but nothing in this hotel.The service was so bad that it took away all the positive things from my head during the stay.But the rooms are spacious.Overall poor experience .would never stay in this hotel again even if i get a last minute bid deal or a free deal also.

Room Tip: The rooms are ok .....we stayed on the 3rd floor and is a bit noisy in the night.

Good hotel and good service. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very convieniently located, walking distance to the nearby metro station, departmental store, currency exchange, food court and shopping malls/ Meena bazaar. Hotel rooms are spacious. They have good variety in buffet breakfast with Indian and Continental options.

With the family for a week on business / vacation . Professionalism evident in the Check in and Check out by the Front desk. Extremely busy but refused to show that when a guest approached them for any assistance. Stand out quality.
Breakfast was just above average , but the friendly staff more than made up for the same.
The Chinese restaurant was outstanding. We were also at the Lucien Bar in the evening and would love to come back to enjoy the ambiance and the service .
The bell desk needs improvement in quality service. Poor response from the Health & Leisure options. Overall a good experience.

The staff is welcoming, breakfast is good. Not far away from al fahidi metro station & it is on walking distance only. Fast food restaurants like kfc, mcdonalds are also in front of the hotel. Currency exchange & local market is also on waking distance. Staff was very polite & cooperative. Rooms are very spacious and my & my wife really like the room.

This hotel is nice quit clean hotel, the staff are very helpful. Near to metro. I like it and would stay next time in this hotel.

Breakfast was not much good, no much variety of selection.

Air conditioning is very good. Fast check in and check out.
