“Interesting to see the 'old town'.”

Well worth a visit around the gold and spice selling areas, then you can take an hour water taxi ride for £20.

“This is Dubai”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 August 2014

It is a pity that most tourists miss this area. By far, this is Dubai. If you visit the UAE and you want to feel the middle east, you must visit the Creek, take an Abra and visit the souks.

“It may not be for everyone”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 August 2014

The cruise is good, especially at night, but the food and the atmosphere may not be what everyone expects. The spinning dancer was the best part of the cruise. Otherwise seeing the architecture and the areas that you may not otherwise get to see are interesting but I could see how some may not enjoy this.

“Loved it.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 August 2014

really enjoyed the creek area.Walked down from hotel on the first day then Saw all from the tour bus. Amazingly busy. Loved the guys carrying freezers on their backs. On another day walked down & took water taxi across to spice souk. Very rustic, get on sit down ,once full off you went. Very meagre amount to pay for crossing.Good easy way to get across creek . Thoroughly enjoyed the trip there & back.

“Sensational at night…”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 August 2014

Dubai Creek one of the very impressive place at night especially when you have Dhow Cruise sailing and the buildings edging are lite with colorful lights.
Evenings are very pleasant to walking alongside. During DSF the fireworks adds to the glow.
It’s a lovely place.
