I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights, first 4 nights were in their biggest suite, it was spacious and everything we needed was their, they have upgraded our second reservation and allowed us to stay in the same suite for the last 3 nights, Ayman the reception guy helped us in many issues.
The breakfast was not good, very basic. The construction work beside the hotel starts at 6:30 am and they were soooo loud, but still it was a wonderful stay and the metro station were like 1 minute from the hotel, lots of supermarkets and fast food restaurants around so you won't need to go far. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Try to book a room opposite to the elevator to be far from construction work

I stayed for 3 nights in May and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanness of the room, in fact, a small studio with a kitchenette and all the necessary equipment including a laundry machine.
The air-conditioning functions very well. The staff was very helpful and found an adapter for me right away after I had asked for one.Thank you again. It is a safe, clean hotel with excellent location. I would stay again if I am in Dubai ever again.

Room Tip: The open pool is in the 16th floor

I was attending Arab Health, but started looking for a hotel room too late... there was nothing available near the convention center for a reasonable price. Eventually, we settled on Auris Metro Central, and it turned out to be a very good experience.

The rooms are small apartments. Each comes with a kitchenette and a small living room. They aren't as spacious as the images on the hotel's website make them look (I think those pictures are from an entirely different building), but they're neat and clean. The curving glass facade makes the 'corner rooms' a little oddly shaped, but the panoramic views are worth it.

There's a small restaurant on the ground floor. They promote healthy dining, but don't let that fool you into thinking that they only serve stuff flavored like sticks and gravel... the curries I had there a couple of times were really tasty!

Having the kitchenette in the room was very convenient. There's a market just across the street that has pretty much anything you could need.

It wasn't warm enough to use the rooftop pool when I was there, but you should go to see the views even if you have no intention of swimming.

And as for our worries of being too far from the convention center? Well that turned out to be wasted worry, because the Dubai metro is fantastic! Now, despite the fact that there's an entrance to the metro immediately outside the door to the hotel, it is about a 2-block walk through their elevated pedestrian walkways to get to the actual station, but once you're there you will find the Dubai metro to be one of the nicest and cleanest metros anywhere in the world. It stops at many major attractions, Dubai Mall, Burj Kalifa, and right at the doorstep of the convention center.

The only negative experiences we had when we were there were minor... I paid for the wifi (24-hour pass) once, but it worked very poorly in my room. There is free wifi in the lobby, and I used it after my initial failed attempt at the paid wifi. My business partner's room's water heater never worked well, and he wound up taking a number of very quick, cold showers (I don't know if he told the front desk). In my room, there was no water heater switch, so it was 'always on', but sometimes only lasted a couple of minutes before it got tepid.

All-in-all, it was a good experience and a place I would return to.

Room Tip: Ask for a 'corner' room facing the sea for great views of the city.

Booked 5 nights in the suite which look pretty small for a suite.. they have kitchenette which makes it easier to heat up our meals.. the aircon was super cold and we couldnt adjust it after so many attempt. Had a bad experience regarding the wifi.. paid 100aed for the wifi but couldnt use it. Breakfast was simple. Staff was friendly. A nice hotel for families stay.

Stayed in Auris Metro for a night before our baby was born as a little get-a-way and to spend some time exploring Dubai.

Really enjoyed the suite we had and was extremely comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant and more than happy to help us. When we checked in the clerk expressed some surprise at the rate we had managed to get, and when I seen the hotel tariff I really knew we had a good deal.

Hotel is a little expensive to stay in, but look on booking.com for a good price.

One little issue we had was with one of the desk staff, asked how long it would take to get to Madinat Jumeriah and was told it is best to drive and not get a taxi as is a long trip and taxi may be expensive. It literally took us 5 minutes driving to get to Madinat Jumeriah.

Auris Metro is great hotel. In the apartments u have everything u need, and its not all, if u need something more u will get it from reception asap. There is a bus which is going to the beach every morning in 10:30 and coming back at 14:30h. Its free. U just need to book a place before going and my advice is not to come back to the hotel after beach. Instead of that u can take a taxi and visit Madinat or go to the open beach where u can make nice photos with Burj al arab behind u, or visit Burj Khalifa. btw if u book online ticket for Burj Khalifa on reception in the hotel they will print it for u. There r 2 computers with internet in the loby and wi fi at the reception. If u want it in the room its about 8 euro per day. But come on, u r on holiday :-) We didnt take activities with our travel agency cause it was much cheaper and easier for us to ask on reception in the hotel and they booked it for us. Safari is something u have to do! We have been there only 4 full days but it was worth every penny ! p.s.dont walk a lot, its a bit hard to find a taxi if there is not taxi stop, u cant just stop it just on the street.
