Reviewed 6 November 2013

I stayed in this hotel from 1-5th November 2013. To my taste this is a reasonable hotel, which obviously you can't call a 3 star, as well as located in a poor congested place. The double bed and the room is reasonable size, and comfortable but the washroom is not up to standard. I stayed in the 3 rd and the highest floor and there was no balcony. The hotel does have reasonable WiFi connection.

The breakfast was good, but otherwise food is expensive in the hotel menu. There are many cheap restaurant around and " Karachi Darbar" is one of the known restaurant close by.

Taxi is a bit problematic to get and it's very difficult to get a taxi/cab which will bring you back to the hotel. They refuse to take the passenger as it's located in congested area simply by saying they are new to driving or they don't know the place. So, you will have a hard time to get a cab back to the hotel.

If you get a cheap price/deal for this hotel you may consider otherwise try other place out!

Room Tip: My room 309 was OK, without any balcony. Can't suggest much :(

It was a terrible experience. It is an unknown hotel and none of my 5 taxi drivers in Deira knew it. Even neighboring hotels didn't know it, so I was getting lost a million times!! On the first day, I was given my room's card that wasn't activated! And on entering, my boiling kettle had black coffee stains! My fridge was smelling and in some corners of the room, there was dust as if some construction was still in progress. What scared me the most was that I one day returned at 2:30am and the doors were fully open and no one to act as security!! The only good thing was that there is a supermarket across and easy access to taxis. Good location.

Room Tip: Rooms from 2nd floor and below are in a better condition.

My husband and his friend were in this hotel about two weeks ago .The hotel is a good 3 stars hotel clean room with excellent beds .Breakfast and lunch were not good .All of foods are spicy.BUT the most important point is location hotel has really bad location you will have some problems with taxi drivers because they can not find the hotel easily when you want to go to hotel.

The hotel was good, clean, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, the only weakness was the fridge, didn't cool, and when you wanted ice, you had to pay for it......
good location for shopping, near al ghurair mall and fish roundabout.
if you want to have drinks, buy your ice from the groceries around the hotel.

Room Tip: possibly don't get a room near the elevator
