I went there last week with some business guests from abroad. The displayed fish and seafood was fresh and the selection was really good. I chose jumbo prawns, one halwayo fish about 1 kg and 1 hammour fish about 1.25 kg all to be grilled with medium spiciness. We then ordered tabbouleh, fattoush, hummus and mtabbal. There were a few condiments offered as complimentary such as pickles (very salty), chili past (delicious) and tahini sauce (delicious). There were also some fresh rocca, carrot sticks, cucumber and other veggies.
All ordered salads were really good and perfectly seasoned, the chili paste was customized by the chef with garlic and cumin and tasted very good especially with the seafood. The tahini sauce was equally good.
The prawns were seasoned and cooked to perfection and went very well with the chili condiment.
Likewise, the fish was superb and went very well with both condiments. Personally I prefer the halwayo but the hammour was also excellent.
The bread is disappointing as it is not freshly baked and average.
The service was excellent and servers very attentive and accommodating.
Bread aside the major issue is the price. The restaurant is neat but the price is much higher than other similar class restaurants. We had only water for drinks but the bill was over AED600. The price of seafood dishes is twice (at least) the price of fish and prawns at supermarkets.
